You can‘t generate energy. You can only convert it.
This video is a big fraud. Why?
First of all, these tiny motors can generate max. 6v, not 110 or 230v. That‘s in the best case. Second: These piezo lighter crystals can generate ~2kV, but under even a tiny 5mA load, the voltage drops to ~0.5-5v.
Last of all (as said before) you cannot generate energy. You can convert energy, even if the „generator“ had a 100% efficiency, the bulb still would convert energy. If it would work, why there are no „generators“ connected to mains? This would the probably the cheapest way to „generate“ energy, also all environmental problems caused by the (generation) of/to electric energy would be solved.
