- On the Day of Atonement the high priest of Israel could enter into the Holiest place and to make atonement for the people. But before he could enter in, first he himself must be cleansed. This too points to Jesus and His finished work on the cross. Come along through Leviticus 16 as we move through this mini series on the Day of Atonement.

I was hoping you would explain Lev. 16:14. Foe example, why would the blood had to be sprinkled on the mercy seat; why would it had to be sprinkled to the east (meaning). Thank you.
