Thank you so much Tarah!!!! Bronze would be beautiful!!!!!
Oh Joan my daughter loves glam so I'm doing this... Now its gonna be
A chore
Deciding the color of the glitter......i was gonna surround the chargers with clear babbles about
2-3 rounds. Er dining room is grey & sparkles.... Love this thanks friend
Oh wow. That sound gorgeous!!! I know she will love them.
Using a brand new dollar store kitty litter pan will catch all the extra glitter and when you are finished, the excess litter in the pan can be gathered to one corner of the pan and poured back in the container.
Paper is much easier, trust me. You have way better control of the pour. Anything wide open like the rounded corner of a pan give you very little control. The bottle opening is less than an inch. But if it works for you, then that’s great. Thanks for watching!!!
So smart, so talented! I don't have a lot of patience for crafts like that. And then I think, "What am I going to do with this glittery plate, anyway?" But sometimes it's fun to watch. 😊😊😊😍🤩😍
They just add a little glam. Lol. Thanks Friend!!!
They look nice, and the color is gorgeous!
Thanks so much Tammy!!!

Thank you Elaina!!!
Beautiful!!!
Beautiful u could also use spray varnish to cover
I do use it. It seals the glitter. You still have to coat it with mod podge first.
Joan Brodie I saw that after I commented...lol
Joan, you are a genius! Those chargers are gorgeous! I have some old silver chargers that are all scratched up and I didn't know what to do with them, but now I do! I'm going to be make those old,.scratched up chargers look new! Yours are beautiful! Do you use the flat or glossy Mod Podge or does it matter since you stray them with a top coat??
TSMFS!!👍😊💗💗💗💗💗
Hey Ada!!! Thank you Friend!!! It doesn’t matter which modpodge. Get gloss in the clear spray.
@@ThriftQueenVlogs thanks Joan!❤
Beautiful Joan😀
Janie Smith thank you Janie!!!!
hi joan i just subscribed, your work is amazing. i would love to try and do this myself, i just have a few questions. so you do one coat and then add the glitter? then you add more glue but no more glitter? i just wanna make sure i do it properly. thanks😀
Hey Alecia!!! Welcome! Yes, one coat of glue then glitter, shake off excess glitter then add another coat of glue. Then I add a few coats of clear spray paint let it dry for a few days before using. Just wipe with a damp cloth to clean them, never soak in water.
A good clear coat or two of the Mod Podge will seal it too.
It has two coats of mod lodge and a coat of clear acrylic spray. They are still sparkly till this day.
💜💜💜💜
💜💜💜💜

Love this look how many bottles of glitter di you need
I bought 2 bottles two years ago. I have done 4 salad plates 4 dinner plates and two candles and now two chargers. I still have half of a bottle left.
@@ThriftQueenVlogs oh ok thanks
You can’t put food on them right?
Like it
Thank you so much!!!
Nice
Thank you Friend!!!
Hi Joan, the glitter charger is beautiful, I will do me some in antique gold chucky glitter. TSMFS 💖👸🏾😘
Does clear coat smells loudly
It doesn’t smell like anything once it’s dry.
can you tell me wat can you use these glitter plates for.
Hey Margie these are chargers plates. They are not to eat off of. The are to put under your plate. I do have a video on how to make the dinner and salad plates that you can eat off if.
I added a like to that video in the description box of this video.
Would this work the same with a sand and glitter mixture?
Hey Shiease, I don’t think sand would give the same effect. You would have to use a lot of glue and it might look clumpy. If you try it and it works, please come back and let me know. I did try it with the glass crumbles and they where very heavy and rough on the bottom.
How long do you let it dry
Hey Nicole, it really depends on your climate. It will dry overnight but give it a few days to cure before you stack them to put them away. They are so nice and they last forever. Just wipe them with a damp cloth to dust them, don't ever soak them in water to wash them.
Hi joan...long time no see
Hello Joan
Hey Jeanetta!!!
Oops...take 2....lol
Never mind,...lol
less talking/repeating
I'm going to do a video just like this tomorrow, but I'm going to repeat everything 13 times. Have a blessed day and "Y'all come back now, yuh here".
