- Luck be a Landlord Part 12 - possibly the most interesting content update to date. Apartment floors are difficulty modifiers that are unlocked after beating the game on the previous hardest difficulty modifier. So far, I've unlocked none, but there's some other cool new stuff I mess with this episode.

This is basically the #1 update I wanted in this game - a hard difficulty. We'll still be breezing through these low floors like nobody's business, but by the time we make it higher up, it'll be a real challenge. Stay tuned.

Bouncing Arrow
Whenever an arrow hits the border of the board it will bounce once affecting every symbol with half the arrows multiplier

If he had started the series about 2 weeks before he first started he could have gone through another update plus its fun to see him go through his baby strategies compared to good players who are able to break the game in the amount of money they get some people have gotten to a point that they were earning 19 billion coins almost every roll

the absolute worst way to synergize with targets is obviously hex of destruction, you get 12 coins per target rather than the base 24 from arrows

Man, that run was all over the place. It only sorta consolidated into 3 main synergies.
Alcohol, fruit, and ores.
This gave me serotonin
Cats destroying mice and dogs destroying cats would be sick. Also not sure if lucky carrot and golden carrot stacks but if they do that's a 15x and nori the rabbits +1 for a total of 30 per rabbit and with lefty 60 for 5 rabbits again no clue if you can get both carrots or if 1 carrot makes the other carrot unobtainable

He should do target arrow synergy. The arrow bonus affects the target. So if a golden arrow hits a target it will give a LOT
One time I got 7 shiny pebbles and lost fast because I never got a good rare or higher
TBH, roguelikes are only fun when you also unlock more items for winning.

They should make a bubble blower item that has a 50% chance to spawn a bubble every round

Fun fact: hex of destruction has a VERY low chance to destroy chests (they give the money when destroyed)

Day 31 of saying that you should look into Recursed, it is an awesome puzzle game with awesome recursion craziness and it does a great job teaching you the mechanics as you play without any blatant tutorial levels

i have a run going rn where i have 30 mil because of the telescope, black suits/jokers/wildcards(cats but with the perk that makes them wildcards) and yeah i kept getting super lucky and now every 4 spins i get about 1 million and rent is only 23k currently

The way I understand it, is that every 3 spins - rather than being completely useless - it gives 6 coins less. So with sufficient buffs you're still gaining coins from it.
I don’t know how I didn’t realize that the arrows don’t only help the symbol directly in front of them, but they do the whole row
