Turkey was one of my fave countries to visit, and you’re making me want to go back! In that region, I can not recommend enough going to see the underground city of Derinkuyu, doing a sunset horseback ride, and walking along the gorgeous Ihlara valley. Also, the town of Uçhisar is lovely, and from the top of its cave-castle, you will get the best views of the whole region apart from going in a balloon... do check these out, and enjoy! 🤗🙏🇹🇷
I love Capadochia, me and my wife went in Winter, snow everywhere. and stayed in a cave hotel, with an open fire. It was magical You must visit one of the underground cities which are fascinating. Also a tip guys to save you some money. Buy a Müzekart. It works out alot cheaper if you are visiting many of the countries national parks and museums.
Hi my gf and i stayed in the cave hotel it was very nice and so cool at night it was brilliant havin such a cool night . We had a slight breeze too . We shared the sunset with a drink of tea it was majical .

I recomment Salda lake and Beysehir lake as well...and Gobeklitepe, the worlds oldest temple which changed the history...

Cappadocia is amazing i loved it there all the balloons and the cave buildings are brilliant . I was blown away by them . We visited a couple living in one of the caves she was a teacher he was a business man in one of the cities . Totally alien like landscape . There was scene from starwars filmed nearby or scenes my back struggled with the passageways im 6ft. 2 inches plus bumped my head more than once worth it though . Im so glad ur seeing what i have seen too it makes the world a truly smaller place . Pls take care folks safe travels xx

some of the rooms you visited were used by shepherd and their camp fire cause that black color. some rooms are actually kitchen that is why their ceiling is black.

That is beautiful, there are some similar areas in Spain, the landscape is amazing. My brother has bought a cave house in Spain and they are renovating it, as you say the temperature is even all year.
I visited this magnificent place last year. It was amazing, and I'll never forget it. I also got to view the sunset from that general location. Breathtaking! Cameras never do justice. Thanks for sharing...I hope I can go back there again someday! :)
Chris I am surprised you haven't got a hammock on board that you could just attach to the outside of the van and tie the other end to a tree when you are pulled up somewhere for a day or two......that's something I definitely would have with me in my van.

I think, the shortness of the doors might be because of bowing down is an common way to say you respect whats inside. For example there is a building called Zincirli Medrese, in Crimea, and there is chains on the door, so if you would want to enter you need to bow down a little bit to show your respect.
