9:48 I’m the boat in the background on the right hand side 😅 upset I didn’t notice it was you I would’ve come over to say hi! Idk if you noticed but I pulled a nice northern in over there. 😂
Wisconsin River. Not far downstream from the Dells dam, called the Lower Dells. Good spot, consistent walleyes and perch. 30 min north, Castle Rock dam is just as good. 30 min north of castle rock dam is petenwell dam. Consistently larger walleye and phenomenal perch and catfish!
Always good to see Mitch in the boat. Not sure how to explain it but I kept catching myself with a smile on my face throughout the video. Thanks guys!!
Well, my best bud was dropping in the river with his kayak and he texted me to say I just saw Tommy B. with his new boat and a good looking F150! I was walking the dogs back in the burbs of Chicago 😞. We enjoy your content TB and I'm a walleye now member. Cheers, JJ
Great vid showcasing the ole wisco!!! Gonna today after work and all day tomorrow!!! Found same thing Sunday jig and minnow were the ticket dragging or letting current work jig for ya….1/16 white was money dude!!
How Far Away??? Pend Oreille system in Idaho? Just got my boat finally after a very long wait and really looking forward to getting it wet. It looks like the Priest River Launch might be do-able in the next couple days. I have never went after Walleyes before and hopefully after watching all your videos I can get a couple in the boat soon.
I know this is a question with many answers.. but when jigging what does the bite feel like? Or do you watch the line to tell? I guess I don’t understand how you detect the strike while jigging?
I started watching you for info this winter I’m an experienced fisherman, have never concentrated on walleye but I think I’ll go watch someone that has some sense. Smaller rivers, which the Wisconsin is not. don’t hold exclusively small fish. Mississippi River has the exact same thing happening
Eerie, first Mitchell shows up then a third mystery fisherman bops in and out. I am sure we can come up with some conspiracy theory like "editing" but maybe it was a ghost Walleye fisherman or BigFoot decided to show up. Of course, the next logical question would why does BigFoot need an orange jacket? So for simplicity I'm gonna stick with Ghost Walleye Fisherman. Thanks Tom and Mitchell (& ghost fisherman too)
Hi Tom. Like the videos. I’m just starting to use jigs and jigging raps and what type of line do you suggest and do you also tie a swivel onto the line for twist also? Thanks
I know. It’s funny hearing him call this a little river system. It’s literally the most fished and most populated streatch of the Wisconsin. And I know exactly where he was at. He was across the river from rivers edge in the dells. Funny that’s where he was at because there are dozens of better spots to fish then that but too much current to film. Definitely not a lesser known location and definitely not a small river system lol
@@matolius rivers edge has been a favorite restaurant for 20+ years.. He should of went 30 min north and hit the castle rock or petenwell dam... consistently bigger walleyes...
You should hit me up. I can get you into a spot where you will catch the big lake size walleye. That spot that you filmed today is the most heavily fished stretch of Wisconsin river in the entire state.
@@TomBoley they shut off because they migrate up and down. I’m sure rivers edge told you not to go past the narrows down river but that’s where you will get more of your slot fish. Up river after the dam there are some small breaks and Eddie’s but the current is heavy. Big fish hold up in there. Off the point of the rocks by the dam is called led alley because of all the snags but that’s the best spot to fish. Hard to film because of the noise though.
Awesome video, I learn a lot from your videos. I was wondering what happened to Ryan and then he popped up from nowhere. Why is Mitch wearing your brown jacket, Tom? Still a great video, keep up with the contents. 👍

Wisconsin River..... The Dells! Used to love going on the boat/duck tours as a kid. Very cool landscape, and great walleye fishing.

Just seeing the title of this video had me pumped up! Love the river content, Tom. Keep it coming!

Mitch is just trying to have a good time, not taking himself too seriously.
Mitch is great! Lol but we need Shelby to come show you guys how to do it! Lol. Good video guys.
Nice video! Good talking with you guys!! Cool to see you explain how to "read" a river, something I need to work on!
Good meeting you!
Mitchell is baaack
As someone from Wisconsin and having been there I knew right away the general area you were fishing from the rock formations.
The color on the sauger caught at the 9:05 mark, was unreal.
Looks like fun. Would love to see you guys come to Michigan and put a video together on one of our river systems.
That’s a beautiful section of the WR!

You two are a fishing comic duo.
Love your boat setup man, dream boat of mine

Tha ks for watching. Always cool fishing new stretches of river.
That looked pretty fun, I grew up in the land of giants, lbdn so I'm a little spoiled but I'll take volume over quallity any day. Nice work Tom.
Hoping to make it out by you this year!
Tom how about a video on walleye from shore? For all of us that don't got boats
Planning on doing it this spring
Come to Missouri/Arkansas border and fish the white river the bite is really getting good
Great video
Is a natural color or bright color better for dirty water river fishing
Go with the bright colors in dirty water...
Where are you fishing i live in MN and still waiting for ice to go.
Wisconsin River. Below the Wisconsin dells dam.

When you feel the "thump" it's a bite.

Wow it's its Mitchell he's alive 😆🤣😂!!
He just woke up from hibernation
He needs to cut his hair!
Looks like the dells area

10lb braid to a 10lb flouro leader. I don't use a swivel
Far away location ?...come east young man...erie ,Detroit river is calling !
Wisconsin river is small to Tom because he likes to fish bodies of waters where you can’t see across to the other side lol! 😂
That is not a small river. It is a major tributary. Bearing the name of the state
Well I guess it fishes like a small River to me. It is a pretty long system. Kinda cool how it's all broken up by dams and lakes.
I was on the river when you were. Darn it man. This is my home stretch. Also I nearly landed a 100lb Sturgeon that night too.

Here we go again with the Monday morning quarterbacks
Dells!?
Nice
Unfortunately tough days are just part of it. Cool technique though!
Is Mitchell a lefty? He reels with the wrong (right) hand.

Yeah. Cool stretch. We caught some really nice fish day 1....then they disappeared on us and bite slowed way down

Laurel Lake, Ky!

Good to see Mitchell! 💯 what’s his UA-cam channel?
Mitch biks
❤️👊💪🎣
WI river is small? Small rivers dont have a series of dams and paper mills.
When did mitch learn to fish. He never could catch a thing.
Even a blond squirrel finds a nut now and again haha
