    Amitriptyline can cause both M3 and alpha1 block while Mirtazapine can increase NE via alpha2 block.....So, Mirtazapine should be a better option.....or am I missing sth here?

    Sir in that MS with A.fib question why you excluded dabigatran sir ? We ll be replacing his native valve by mechanical valve that's y warfarin is preferred?
