I liked the way she slowed down and checked both ways before crossing the road. I'm impressed that a 6 year old would remember to this when having fun on a mountain bike. She must have a great teacher!
Your daughter is totally self aware, anticipates the changes in terrain, focused, and in a class of talent set apart from others. She is amazing to watch!
She's totally pumping the whole time, damn I'm impressed. Great balance and bike awareness- amazing job mom and dad, we're just getting our 2.5 year old girl into the park on her push bike. Amelie rocks!! Gonna show our daughter this video tonight for inspiration.
Man if she rips like that at that age imagine when she gets older. I mean she’s definitely got control of the bike especially with the terrain she’s on. Kudos to the little one. She’s a bad ass. 🤘🏼
Very well composed, pumping like a pro, never panics, trusts her tires!! We'll keep an eye out in the distant future, for this young lady's name on the Red Bull Formation roster!!
I get the impression that little girl would be awesome at anything she picked up. She seems to be really aware and super coordinated. Seems like the next video we’re gonna see of her will be launching off every little hit on that trail. Kudos to mom and dad. You got another riding buddy.
Wow😱! She's like little butterfly absolutely flying down the trail. Amazing control, can't imagine what it feels like with the tiny wheels on her bike. Good job filming her and best of luck to her in the future, she sure has more than enough talent to make it big. Well done Amelie, you rock🤘! Thanks for posting this Remy
In few years growing a bit and getting stronger to gain more control, maybe she will be the fastest down-hill girl at Mega-avalanche ! Who knows, nobody can predict the future !
I cried when i saw this clip. How u support your kid when she doing downhill. Im 53 year old and my parents didnt allow me to be a kid. Your daughter is a very lucky one. Never heard a word "u doing great" when i was a kid. U are a good father, u challence your kid for danger. Usefull in rest of their life. Wish i had a dad like u... Mine was too scary for everything.
Just wow! It’s great to hear you appreciate her braking and working the bike, you know exactly what she is thinking. I think we will remember this moment when we saw the future champion
I would have LOVED to do this as a kid! I used to take my banana seater through narlly moto cross trails in the woods near my house. I was 11! I had to lie to my parents because they just didn’t get it. But that was in ‘72! Glad to see newer generations of girls loving this too!
Just in case anybody got gassed on her young age and missed the incredible detail that she looks through her turns better than most UA-cam MTB’ers, I will put on the Captain Obvious cape and point it out. You can learn from anybody, no matter the age! Also, it just hit me that following a child down a track is a great way to slow down (almost like a track walk) and observe way more of the terrain than at normal speed which long term will help you become faster. 🤘🏽
Yh but when i was that young bikes were made of pig iron with caliper brakes... and dads werent that cool.. get ur kids sending it guys.. respect to the lil lady
@@mmj7700 This kind of skill will help her when it comes time for her learning to drive. Things I learned in track and field and my dad teaching me to drive a power boat BEFORE I learned how to drive a car, all great transferable skills and mindset. Sport and getting your kids active is SO important in the grand scheme of things. I realize money is always an issue but where there's the will, there's the way 👍
Awesome ride young lady. This is how many World Champions are created, start young with good training and develop skills over time... inspiration and leadership from the family and practice practice practice. Many thanks to Mom and Dad for sharing this video.
She rides very well.I have twin girls that also ride.they 7 now but I was a bit nervous on how close you get to her. I will try it with my girls. I normally give them 2 or 3 meters. But I learn every day thank for the awesome video and keep them coming.
Just posted this video on my wife's FB page. Proving to her that everyone can have safe fun at the bike parks. She is scared of action sports and projects her fears to my young boys. Thanks for the inspiring video!!! 🙏
Send it Amelie! Thank you for sharing - perfect inspiration and demo for our kids who are loving the bikes. They were both very excited after watching this video! Awesome :)
Rider with camera made several attempts to pass her, but she shut that chit down immediately. My boys started riding at that age, but did not have the skills this little lady has. Very cool.
Ive been downhill mountain biking for over 15 years. Ive dreamt of the day that I would see my son shredding with daddy. Hes 4 years old right now. I would take him on my mountain bike in his little seat in the front (kidsriteshotgun, its great) and we would smash down the hills his first 2 years. It brings me joy but leaves me in tears that I will not be able to do this with my son ever again. All due to nerve damage to my knee after 3 surgeries where its left me permanently disabled to the point where I cant use my leg at all. Enjoy every moment of that little girl mom and dad, you guys are doing it right.
She’s a beast! Great job to you, dad, as well as her! Love to see this. My 4 year old and I just came in from a bike ride and we watched this for some inspiration. 🙌🏾
RIGHT ON LITTLE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! dont follow your dreams girl........GO OUT AND CATCH THEM!!!!!!!! because you can. many blessings to you and yours. Be well and safe on your paths.
Awesome. I take my kid with me when I skate with the guys. She's only 3 now, but it's never too early to teach them. She's already learned to ollie and manual and I'm extremely proud. We're young dudes in our early 20s though, so the language might be a little mature for her at times, but that just means she'll grow up tough lol.
Besides the obvious fact that your daughter is truly talented, can we take a second to appreciate how awesome this track is. Wish we had this in my town!
😲👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻wOw, little girl rode so good with just 6 years of age,it's amazing to see that, loved it,incredible to see her ride,I couldn't imagine a better ride if I hadn't seen your video! Best regards all the way from PortugaL🇵🇹 to that little shredder,to you and your season this year Remy👍🏻🙋🏻♂️!
What is her natural feel for riding . When your young you react more to instinct than training ( you just know what do ) she doesn't push beyond her limits and haves great break control of the bike . She is testing the waters of jumping and staying once again within her limits .
Are there more videos of your daughter cycling? My little girl enjoys watching her. She's 4 and is really getting the hang of it. Seeing your daughter really motivates her.
What bike is she riding? My little boy just turned 6 and we took him to Snow Summit bike park for the first time! We just posted a video of it on our channel. He is on a hardtail Commencal 20 inch with a rigid fork!! Poor kid kept asking for Suspension! Haha
Just imagine her perspective for a second...those tables and jumps are mountains, she can't foresee that much and goes into it fearless. Big up!
i was also imagining the perspective and also the feel of being so close to the ground :}
She’s a six year old, not an ant. Stop being so dramatic.
@@christopherwalsh7700 She's probably 3.5ft tall that's impressive
@@da3driccax327 I don’t argue that her skills are impressive. I’m not sure your point here.
@@christopherwalsh7700 lmao Sooooo what was the point of your original comment??
I liked the way she slowed down and checked both ways before crossing the road. I'm impressed that a 6 year old would remember to this when having fun on a mountain bike. She must have a great teacher!
Right? Most adults just drive right on without looking for oncoming traffic from all directions.
Your daughter is totally self aware, anticipates the changes in terrain, focused, and in a class of talent set apart from others. She is amazing to watch!
An absolute natural, she is.
My daughter is 7 and is starting to really rip. Getting fater
She picks better lines than me!😅

And Amelie, her Bike pedaling Feet, her Handlebars of her Bike holding hands & her Helmet ride her Bike together!
Man if she rips like that at that age imagine when she gets older. I mean she’s definitely got control of the bike especially with the terrain she’s on. Kudos to the little one. She’s a bad ass. 🤘🏼
She shows really great control and technical ability for being so young. That was cool.
Her line choice is amazing!

SO cool. Fantastic bike control and smooth lines. Great video Remy, showcasing a fantastic young rider loving riding her bike!!

Wow thanks for posting probably made my day that young lady had some good teachers God bless
Her form and technique are exemplary. She has been expertly taught/coached. Good job to all involved.
Good for her 👏💯 It's always wonderful to see kids growing up with nature! She has a great future!
Lol. She’s not messing around! Looks very solid, Not afraid of speed, in total control. Nice job.
She’s awesome!
My 4&7 year old boys would love those trails.
😂

Anyone else notice she pulled up on a few of the jumps? This little girl wants to get some BIG air! This is awesome.
Inspiration!
how? im better inspiration comes from someone thats better
10 years later , she'll be riding for Redbull or Monster for sure 💯
Tolles kleines Mädchen...tiefen Respekt für die tolle Leistung...allzeit gute fahrt kleine Maus ;)
Gotta be great to be a kid and be able to do this stuff.
I had a mostly flat road and a pile of woodchips and they eventually moved the woodchips.

Yep. One of my first observations was, "Wow. She is looking through the turns!"
I was chuckling all the way through. You’re setting her up for dirt bikes! She’s incredible. Great video.
What’s incredible is watching her pick and set up for her lines!!!
Legend! She doesn't yet have the power to pull the bike up for the jumps but she will soon! You can see her pumping the rollers.
Great balance....kids get out and enjoy
No fear whatsoever!! Amazing skills. You must be so proud of her. Thank you for sharing.

Nice job papa.
Look Nice! Respect.
that little girl my new hero.
Wow speechless this kid is fearless
Fantastic, this little mouse rides the trail non-stop. Very good posture on the bike. Great performance for a 6 year old.
It sure is!
Hey Remy Mètallier! The gnar level of the guest riders is increasing! Thanks for the cool vid! Ride ride ride!
You bet!
What an awesome video! Families that play together stay together. Great memories created right there!
She is doing great. My son is 6 as well and has been doing trail rides since he was 4. Fun to teach and watch them progress.
That is just the sweetest thing I ever saw! Her HELMET is as big as half her body! Absolutely adorable.
You go girl...that girl's gonna be a pro D.H rider in the future...👍

great job capturing the experience mr Rémy
Much respect goes to her for beeing absolutely fearless
Those of us NOT 6 yrs old could probably have a hard time riding the whole trail out of the saddle too. Good job.
That is so awesome! Hope she keeps a passion for trail riding.
Sick! That girl got skills and will!

Sge is so fun to look at, even just watching I am enjoy myself with this ride. I am think what she will become on her teenage years.
Now i know why they have such badass bikes in such a small size in the bike shop
What's her kit? What bike does she ride, what sort of protective gear does she wear? How did you get her started riding?
You must be so proud of her, and she is not afraid at all !!!
Man that's amazing good for her. Just keep pointing her in the right direction. 🤙💪
I used to ride my bike to school when I was 7 and it was miles away
Just WOW! This little girl got skills.
Man that was soo awesome, the way she was using the brakes too 🤯 reminds me of my son, he done his first drop in off a quarter pipe at 6 years old 👌
