Cosec 35 = P & Cosec 65 = 1.1
Use Property
sec(90-theta) = cosec(theta)
so third line will be
Cosec35 =1.7 & cosec65 =Q
Now
Cosec 35 = P & Cosec 65 = 1.1.....(i)
Cosec35 =1.7 & cosec65 =Q .....(ii)
From Eqn (i) & (ii)
P = 1.7
Q= 1.1

Sir, Question 7 can also be done by AP. That will be much easier
let first rod i.e. 6cm be a and last rod i.e. a8 be 29cm
now using formula,
a8=a+(n-1)d
29=6+7d
7d=23
d=23/7---(1)
Now a4(as it is at 4th hole) = a+3d
a4=6+3*23/7 [from (1)]
a4=6+69/7
a4=(42+69)/7
a4=111/7 Ans...

The easy and short solution to Q7 is through AP. Since the holes are equally spaced, the rods form an AP(count the missing ones too). Now a = 6 and a8 = 29. Find d and use a and d to calculate a4 which is the position of P.
1 mark questions can not have such lengthy solutions.

Question 11 can be solved quite easily:-
As you see the angle STP and angle TPQ are alt. int. angles. So, they are equal. Thus, The triangle STP and triangle UPQ are Similar. And then you can find the answer.
sir at 35:48 in que 10 (it is given sec(90-35)--> here you have put the value 65 but 90-35 = 55 and 90-65 is 25 but you have put 35 how?) please tell me if i am wrong...,,

We have given, a = 6 and an = 29
Since, an = a8 = a + 7d
:- 29 = 6 + 7d
d = 23/7
So, a4 th = a + 3d
= 6 +3(23/7)
= 6 + 69/7
= 111/7

Sir ji question 7 AP se bhi kar sakte hai jo ki jyada easy rahega
Sir in Q10 we can see that cosec theta 35° is P
Cosec 65° is 1.1
Then we know that sec(90°-theta) is equal to cosec theta
So cosec theta 35° =sec(90°-theta) 35°
Therefore
P = 1.7
And
Cosec 65° = sec(90-theta) 65°
1.1 = Q
So
P = 1.7
Q = 1.1
Am i right 😢
