My very first car was a 1985 Pontiac Firebird. Standard transmission. Took a round trip to Toluca Mex ( home town) from west palm beach Florida. I was 22 years old. GR8 vídeo clip. Sounds good.
Guys I normally don`t like gold cars, but not this one, I love 67 Birds, the paint fit and finish looks stunning, love the parchment interior with this color, the motor seems like a torquey beast. I think it`s priced right for how nice it is, hop in it, drive to a local car show and probably win your class, I love it, gotta drop the rear stance a bit though, love the wheel and tire combo, it`s classy. Dalton, i`m hearing you a lot on the Coyote Classic utube comercials, pretty cool guys.
Jim Wangers Head of Advertising for Pontiac had a '68 Firebird with a .060 over bored 428 Ram Air lV in 1969 street racing against the Silver Bullet 1967 Hemi GTX. Jim Wangers Firebird was called Black Bird it eventually beat the 426 Hemi. Big Chief beat everyone with his Pontiac and in a '70 GTO, he beat all new cars.
I have the same wheels on my 67 400 - love everything about the 67/68 firebirds - PHS shows I should have tilt like shown in the video - it was lost somewhere over the last 57 years... Love the color combo of this bird but think they should have gone with Pontiac power under the hood.
I own a 1968 firebird with a big block Chevy bord 30 thousand all solid Roller with brodix big boy 2 aluminum heads and a 1300 holly Dominator on a high rise intake with hoker headers stroked 502.❤️❤️❤️
Especially since had a magnificent 400 pc Ram Air IV (Blue Print) which ate a 1970 Chevelle SS LS6 on the 1/2 mile. I already drove around in a Firebird 400 pc and we almost sank into the seat! These beauties of yesteryear must be as original as possible to have a good value.😉Beautiful nonetheless!🤩
Guy 1: with no hands "drives straight, are you nervous" Guy 2: "only cause we're going around a turn". LOL. Beautiful car guys, too bad she is sold already.
If you punch mine at 55 or 60 you would do a doughnut i hat to put sticky Micky's pro street tires on mine to make it grab because 2 weeks after i built it i almost totaled it because of the posi breaking loose at high speed because of the power.
@@michaeljoeallen9412 today's aftermarket parts have changed that. Don't forget Jim Wangers Head of Advertising for Pontiac had a street racer go up against a 1967 Hemi GTX, Silver Bullet. Jim Wangers '68 Firebird 428 bored 0.060 over and Ram Air lV heads, beat the Hemi multiple times. Ram Air lV GTO will beat a '70 LS6 in street drags on Zebras and Cars. Big Chief beat everyone including the new cars.

I agree. More aggressive look.
This car shines like a diamond It is really beautiful

You guys do a great job. Sweet car. You also always do TEST drives!
Wow, a Chevy motor in a Pontiac! Sacrilegious! 😀
Want it to run?
And a REAL Big Block, unlike Pontiac engines...😜
i was waiting for your comment, my thoughts exactly!
😂😂😂
One beautiful ride-----
Absolutely Beautiful Bird!
With the 454 big block in it , you can get on this one pretty hard and not worry about the matching numbers engine 😊
Looks like a piece of jewelry. Love 1st Generation birds.

I like your videos guys, you do it with the right passion! And love your muscle cars! Regards from the Czech republic.
Glad you enjoy it!
I love that car and motor.
Nice ride 🎉
Sure is
In my opinion, the 67 firebird is the coolest looking of all the "pony" cars! Pontiac aesthetics were a class of their own!
The 454 makes it cool 😎

O no don't but a Chevy motor in a Pontiac!! Never never. 👍😎✋

Awesome
very nice should sell fast
I'm sure the 454 makes good power, but I personally would prefer a Pontiac 455.
455 weighs less than a real Big Block engine, so it should be faster with same kind of parts.
I'm guessing a Butler Performance engine was more expensive than that 454?
Yet Big Chief beat everyone with a Pontiac engine, even the new Dodges and Chevys new technology.
No... having the tires rub every time you turn the steering wheel is not worth having oversized wheels/tires.
Guy 1: with no hands "drives straight, are you nervous" Guy 2: "only cause we're going around a turn". LOL. Beautiful car guys, too bad she is sold already.
Gonna make it fight all those Mustangs?!
Has this sold?
Gotta deduct sum for not having a Pontiac V8 in it!
How much for this beauty?
How much plz tell me
43k
Any idea of the actual color and brand of paint?
Looks like Chevy corvette war bonnet yellow .
Looks like the original 67 Pontiac gold, called Signet Gold Poly, PPG# 22818
What is the price
Maybe drop the rear two inches to hide the wheel gap
Coyote classic do you have a ford falcon coupe two doors 1967.or 68...let me know..pls...this is my .mail..I am on california.

Electrical problems and tire rub in the first 5 minutes !?! A pretty build but not a quality build.
Entry level workmanship not worth bringing back base model low option vehicles and expecting mad $
🤩🤩🤩🤩

No tire rub is worth nothing lol but it is a hot car I hate gold but this actually looks good easy 50 000 so good steal for someone 😊
It's not a true Poncho! 😡
The Tin Injun got a heart transplant, replaced with artificial heart.
You, Pontiac guys are nuts. Don’t change a thing.😊
@@kevinvilmont6061 my Pontiac engine beat lots of Chevys
It's better. 455 didn't make HP like a big chevy. 👍

Maybe have the trunk already popped open so you don't have to waste time during the video
You too tall for that car 😆
Chevy engine? Stuuuupid it's not a Pontiac 🫵🏽👎🏽🤯✌🏽
I love the stock rims better the color 🤢
WRONG LOOKS BAD WRONG ENGINE EVERYTHING IS WRONG ON THAT CAR.
Beautiful Bird, but it’s an auto. Nope.
