I had the same feeling in the past. But turn it around as a blessing because you may be the only light in the darkness. Be patient, be the light and glorify the Lord by doing so. And not too long after, the Lord will change the enviro for you. Amen

"the letter kills, but the spirit gives life" refers in the context to the fact that under the Old Covenant, the law/letter given on Sinai brought condemnation and death as no one could obey it perfectly and be saved.

Solomon could have used this advice about money and gold. He built a house for 14 years with gold pillars. Wow it's all about the heart. He could have changed the word. But his motives were different. Solomon couldn't handle the wealth that God gave him because he never experienced lack in his life. His heart turned from the lord.

If it has been asked for then it is there just keep thanking God for it. It doesn't always come straight away. It was some time after I asked for the baptism of the HS when I recieved. Was just sitting reading one day and suddenly noticed words where coming out of my mouth that I did not understand and as I had been reading and not thinking about it my mind was not involved. God will not hold back from giving all good things and believe me tongues is a good thing.
I love the teachings and uplifting words Andy brings to us. He has made things clear to me about God and the Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ, which I NEVER truly understood before listening to Andy. My son and my brother both attended Charis. I thought I had found the ministry I've longed for in Andy. Then, when he said, he believed the election was stolen, my mouth dropped and my bubble was burst. I am going to try to continue to hear Andy's teachings that are from the Word, but when he is determined to bring his political opinions into his teachings, I have to tap out. I want nothing more than to grow my relationship with God. I was sure Andy's teachings and insights were a large part of leading along that path. I'm am not wrong in my political beliefs that radical trumpers are dangerous and ungodly and obviously Andy's ministries believes the opposite. It's sad to see families, friends and our nation so divided like this. Each side is passionate in their beliefs. My difference in belief over trump and his followers doesn't make me a liberal, nor a believer in abortion or any other radical liberal ideal. I am a Christian, seeking a close, personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. I am grateful to have found Andy's teachings. Blessed to have heard what God wanted me to hear, through Andy. As I stated, I will try to continue to hear the Word, through Andy, except when he insists on expressing his opinions on politics. People who do not care for trumpets are not baby killers lol, come on. Please, please stick to the Word and not opinions about political, worldly matters. None of these issues will matter, they are carnal. I'm seeking God, not political opinions.
