Honestly, I started out watching this kind of jealous of him, but when I saw his genuine face of surprise when he saw the girls, it melted my heart a bit. I'm glad he got to experience this, he seemed as though he deserved it. As a fellow male kpop fan, it can be difficult sometimes to express your level of fandom without being labeled a creepy fanboy, but he kept his composure and I can relate with how big a deal this was for him

It's hard to judge, but i'm pretty sure, that only Yuqi and Minnie can speak English. The rest doesn't use it often, but i've seen Shuhua use it more and more, so maybe she's learning it. We could've see more during the world tour, but it got cancelled, so there's not many opportunities to check it.
I'm willing to bet his story of how he became a fan is basically the same for all of us, no matter what group may have been our first. You see that one video, you look into them a little more, then BAM you're hooked. Strap in, you're in it for the long haul now.

The more I see (G)-IDLE content the more I start to be a fan. Seeing their personalities here but also Queendom made me a fan. I won't call myself a Neverland but a casual fan. I love when they played sports and games together on runnning man. They're both so athletic and fun! Btw Lucas was such a professional cheerleader who always praised Yuqi and cheered her on no matter what she did. To the point that it's a bit too quiet for me to see her play sports without hearing lucas's "WOW SO AMAZING!!! WELL DONE YUQI!!!" in the background. And Yuqi actually nailed pretty much every single game/competition on RM. Such a queen. Their friendship is honestly so so precious! I really hope they can keep contact with each other and stay friends for life:))

@Lydia Lydia yeah they really had each other's back! Also Lucas couldn't speak perfect mandarin (he also had trouble reading simplified chinese characters, because he studied traditional chinese in HK) so he needed a lot of help with these language barriers. And it just so happened that Yuqi is a "local language teacher" who has great mandarin pronunciation and a very big chinese vocabulary (bigger than the average person in china) so he could follow her around and rely on her translations throughout the show. The way they help and support each other is so heartwarming~~~
This is adorable, I can only imagine how he felt... I may not be a (G)I-dle stan but that might have to change after seeing how considerate and kind they were to him. If I met my ults like he got to meet them I wouldn't know what to do. This is beautiful

It's hard to judge, but i'm pretty sure, that only Yuqi and Minnie can speak English. The rest doesn't use it often, but i've seen Shuhua use it more and more, so maybe she's learning it. We could've see more during the world tour, but it got cancelled, so there's not many opportunities to check it.
They understand it well and have good basics , it's more about talking that some members struggle

I love when they played sports and games together on runnning man. They're both so athletic and fun! Btw Lucas was such a professional cheerleader who always praised Yuqi and cheered her on no matter what she did. To the point that it's a bit too quiet for me to see her play sports without hearing lucas's "WOW SO AMAZING!!! WELL DONE YUQI!!!" in the background.
And Yuqi actually nailed pretty much every single game/competition on RM. Such a queen.

@Lydia Lydia yeah they really had each other's back! Also Lucas couldn't speak perfect mandarin (he also had trouble reading simplified chinese characters, because he studied traditional chinese in HK) so he needed a lot of help with these language barriers.
And it just so happened that Yuqi is a "local language teacher" who has great mandarin pronunciation and a very big chinese vocabulary (bigger than the average person in china) so he could follow her around and rely on her translations throughout the show.
The way they help and support each other is so heartwarming~~~
