Try Studerendenwerk for the start and once you are in Tübingen ask around and check out the city and the surrounding towns as well. Look up fb groups or something of that sort for rooms for rent (so called 'WGs'). All the best ~
Is there any english courses there and a dorm for students?if so is the dorm expensive?and how much please answer if possible that would be great
You should be able to find that all on the official website of Uni Tübingen.
I never lived in the dorms so I don't know how much it costs, but yes there are dorms.

That I don't know lol but as an International Student I think you'll have to pay about 600+ € per semester. So, that's around ~1.200€ per year :)

@@davlorito thanks for the campus tour! Btw, what is the campus for natural sciences like?
I'm not sure since I don't take any natural science classes.
But as Tübingen is more of a "University-Street" kind of style it doesn't have an exclusive campus for the different courses but more on buildings. You get the same experience as any other major, you just have most of your classes in another building. You still get to eat, hangout and study at the main library + main building of the Uni :) I hope this answers your question or did you want to know something else?
