I just played the game, like a week ago. Man, the Spider-Man voice actor is something else, I thought it couldn't get worse than Mike Vaughn in Web of Shadows, but this is a new low.
I have the second one. Mine glitched I did the mission before the first venom cutscene, it told me where to go for my next mission, it was the same mission i just did, took me through the cutscene AGAIN, then repeated infinitely no matter how many times I redownloaded it.
