Yeah. Military Sora has the same stats as regular Sora, but when she gets KO'd, she revives the next turn at 2 HP. Her hyper also costs 20 stars instead of 30, and makes her roll a 5 instead of a 6. Unlike regular Sora, her hyper can be used as a battle card as well, which means it doesn't have to be used on her turn, it can be used if she gets attacked for example.
