That looked like a lot of fun. I flip lawn equipment and have a couple good weed eater motors laying around, bow I know what I am going to do with a couple of them. 🙂

@@theclevercraftsman I am shopping for a remote today, I picked out a 1.1hp Husqvarna motor with a bad shaft that would make a great donor. 👍
@@GuysPlayingWithTools send me a pic! I buy controls on Amazon, Fly Sky fs-gt2 and beta 25kg servos work great. Just make sure to put them in a water tight box
@@theclevercraftsman I appreciate the advice, that should give me a good starting point and I already have ideas for design. I will need controllers first so I can design and build around them.
Looks real cool. If I had a weed Wacker engine I'd make one. I plan on making boats this coming winter just for something to do all winter. Now I'll keep watch for a weed Wacker motor. I love how this is getting the kids involved. 😍

Where do you find a drive cable. I've tried making one it doesn't work out.where do you buy one or where do you get an adapter to go to the square drive from the weedeater to the round cable
