- Archival footage shot by filmmaker while visiting Poland in April 1965.
It contains stock footage of Warsaw, the capital city of the country, still with visible signs of the destruction of War World II: the National Opera House (Opera Narodowa, Teatr Wielki), Sigismund's Column, St Casimir Church, people visiting the Monument to the Ghetto Heroes, the Stadion Dziesięciolecia Manifestu before the football match Poland-Italy, the Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta Warszawa), the Barbican, and more.

Że Śródmieścia Warszawy ocalal 1% zabudowy. Niemcy zniszczyli 20 000 domów. Po wojnie odbudowano kilkaset.

Dzięki za tę, że tak się wyrażę, podróż sentymentalną. Ruiny zamku królewskiego w Warszawie, trolejbusy, zwane popularnie trajlusiami, autobusy produkcji francuskiej firmy Chausson oraz produkcji polskiej marki Jelcz, zwane ogórkami. Och, te dawne czasy, łza się w oku kręci.
za czym tesknic ? za komuchami ? Gomulka, Cyrankiewicz i reszta komuny niszczyli Polske - fakt.
