From episode 17 the story is just made up and doesn’t follow the manga. Season. 2 and 3 fixes this by following manga so there is no reason to watch those episodes 😅
Demon eye are the eyes of an ancient demon which are protected at different locations. As expected, they were brought together by enemies and demon was resurrected which son of satan defeat in final showdown.

Season 2 starts after episode 16 of season 1 that’s why they haven’t accepted Rin as son of Satan
