DaG Adventures (Dan and Glenn) team up with Craig and ride adventure motorbikes through the Flinders Ranges, then follow the Darling River and Murray River for an epic 7000km trip.
This episode is day 3. We cruise out to Willow Springs homestead to tackle the infamous Skytrek Track. It was amazing. This track has been on the bucket list for quite some time. The first 60 odd kms are varied gorges and open tracks. The last 20km or so are decent hill climbs that require commitment, momentum, balls and a dose of stupidity. But it was fun, and riders and most bikes got through unscathed. The views are spectacular and the go pro does not do this place justice.

Interested to know how the aprilia went on the trip is Craig happy with it?
@@JB-zg9hb Craig is very happy with the Toureg. Does everything off road he needs it to and keep with the bigger bikes on the transit. And more comfortable than his dr650. It holds its own to my 890 and Glenn’s T7. Craig’s a short arse so had to lower it and that as reduced some of the off road clearance. But otherwise it’s stock and goes great with the factory suspension and gadgetry.
@@dancurtin1162 Great to hear - I've actually got a dr650 as well but thinking of updating it to a twin cylinder.
The dr650 is great off road but I'm getting a bit too old now to tackle the harder stuff and want a bit more of a cruisey bike but still capable enough.
