I have a very difficult time with a brand new operation box I replace on a 1500pro meistergram and every time when I put the USB shows up an error 158 and say don't read the pattern in the USB
If you know what's wrong, please let know.

Please make sure you are using a usb drive smaller than 8Gb and that the files are saved onto the root of the usb drive.
