I watched every single episode of the series the day it came out. Thank you, Cohen and the others for giving all of us a little piece of entertainment every day.
So excited Spotted Duck won! Can’t believe it’s a place we’ve tried - and our favorite as well (but we haven’t tried 48 states!) SD is so deserving. It’s amazing you found them! Great research! We go once a year on our annual visit to Seneca Lake. Can’t wait to go back!

This is so fun and so wholesome. As I've suspected you haven't tried Hawaii and Alaska... I think in Alaska you might find homesteads making their own ice cream from scratch. The competition might be coming from Hawaii.
After you check out the best in Hawaii and Alaska, I hope you will consider ice cream from the territories - Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and Guam!
I had so much fun watching this series and I’m sad to see it come to an end. Im glad to see you could do such a fun series for our entertainment. Thanks Cohen! Super excited for the final two states and hoping that Hawaii can come first!

Cohen, while you are in the north east you have to try clementines home made ice cream in Rhode Island. They have an incredible chocolate brownie, mint Oreo, mint chocolate chip and otmeal cookie flavor. You should defiantly try it! Also great series!

Hey, Cohen! I know the series has ended, but I SERIOUSLY recommend coming by to New York again! Come back man! There’s a place in Manhattan you’ve gotta try, it’s called Anita, and you NEEEED to try the salted pretzel flavor, it’s absolutely incredible! I know the chances of you doing this are very low, but seriously please consider it! It’s an incredible flavor that was popularized in my home of Israel, and I think you’ll love it ❤️ (PS: if you do go, make sure to add the salted pretzel sauce on top as well! It enhances the flavor so much)
You guys should try Kilwins ice cream in Petoskey, Michigan. It is pretty good and is the headquarters of all the stores across the country. It would be really cool if you made a videos or a short about it.

Not a NY state resident, but I’ve been going there my entire life and it doesn’t surprise me one bit that NY takes the crown. Not only is the entire state enriched in culinary history, but some of the small towns and farms in NY produce some of the best organic produce in the entire country. Not to mention the standards of dairy production are some of the highest and it is not surprising that they hold up to other states in Americas dairyland. Bravo!
If u come back to Massachusetts go to west Newbury we have good ice cream from an actual farm and there have been no crime’s here so it’s really safe and you can go to Newbury port they have alot of ice cream shops
As a North Carolina native, I will take 2nd. I love the big apple so if there was any state to hand it over to I would of given it to NY too. Congrats NY!
I love how you think careful about this and even rerank it i hate when people try to rank food at different times and dont think about the bias of the first days. I love ice cream so this list can be really useful someday
I actually live 20 minutes from the spotted duck in Penn Yan, have been there a few times. The ice cream is definitely different than most brands. Would love to go more often, but so much fat and calories that I drive by and think, maybe next time.
should've gone to Dang in colorado, a little place frequented by high school students that serves mostly soft serve in fluctuating flavors, along with some drinks and always french fries and chicken strips! seriously it's so good, def comfort food for me. their chocolate is so good, not too sweet. amazing texture, just so smooth and light. and good and yes. just yes
As a local of Southport NC, you need to go back and either try Haven on Howe Street, which is a gelato place, Spikes on Howe street, Or Sweet treat on Oak island Drive, Oak Island.
The best ice cream I have had is from the Sassy Cow Creamery in Columbus WIsconsin. Easily beats schepps chocolate ice cream shoppe. The milk used comes from the dairy just down the road they breed their cows specifically for this one purpose. The milk obtained from the cows is turned into ice cream within a day. I have never had better (yet). I WISH more people knew about this quiet little place. I link the farm tour they offer and I am a sucker for blue moon ice cream.
If you guys ever come back to NY, you should check out Stewart’s Shops! It’s another upstate thing that’s worth experiencing. Some of their flavors won awards at the World Dairy Expo last year, by flavor category: Peanut butter 1st place winner: Peanut Butter Pandemonium Mint second place winner: Mint Cookie Crumble Sherbet 3rd place: Mango Dragonfruit Gelato 3rd place: Salty Caramel Gelato And they have lots of new flavors that rotate out each season
Mississippi also has a small snow cone/ice cream shack in Belmont. It's called the Cardinal Shack. I don't know anyone in town that doesn't like it. It's basically a hidden gem

WOOH YEAH THATS MY STATE(PA)! If you go back to pa fox meadows creamery would definitely take the best texture
I actually live 20 minutes from the spotted duck in Penn Yan, have been there a few times. The ice cream is definitely different than most brands. Would love to go more often, but so much fat and calories that I drive by and think, maybe next time.
FINALLY! After all these shorts you finally have the best place, I’ve been waiting since the START.
NORTH CAROLINA IS SECOND? damn my state has some good ice cream...
should've gone to Dang in colorado, a little place frequented by high school students that serves mostly soft serve in fluctuating flavors, along with some drinks and always french fries and chicken strips! seriously it's so good, def comfort food for me. their chocolate is so good, not too sweet. amazing texture, just so smooth and light. and good and yes. just yes
As a local of Southport NC, you need to go back and either try Haven on Howe Street, which is a gelato place, Spikes on Howe street, Or Sweet treat on Oak island Drive, Oak Island.
As a North Carolinian I take this as an absolute w
I’m so happy that Clementines scored so high. I’m from St. Louis and that will always be my favorite ice cream place!
Some of their flavors won awards at the World Dairy Expo last year,
by flavor category:
Peanut butter 1st place winner: Peanut Butter Pandemonium
Mint second place winner: Mint Cookie Crumble
Sherbet 3rd place: Mango Dragonfruit
Gelato 3rd place: Salty Caramel Gelato
And they have lots of new flavors that rotate out each season
He should try Mitchell’s ice cream in San Francisco
Washington and Oregon deserve a redo
Washington needs to be first
I’m glad Colorado did well, personally I don’t see us on a lot of ranking lists so I’m just happy we weren’t disappointing to you.
Mississippi also has a small snow cone/ice cream shack in Belmont. It's called the Cardinal Shack. I don't know anyone in town that doesn't like it. It's basically a hidden gem
New york!!! Im from upstate, and its sooo cool seeing us get some recognition!
As someone from upstate New York currently living in NC, I can confirm that yes, these states have the best ice cream and I’m soooo happy!
