Oh wow ! That sound of wind and wave as Little Wing mushes her way out to a fantastic journey with an amazing rainbow towards Bon Voyage...Luv it so much...thanks for sharing.
Good to have you back! Were you in the yard? Noticed the new wind generator on the stern. Thought I saw a video notice that you were just coming out of a refit period. Good video and pleasant crew!
Hi Ed, Yes it took me a lot longer than anticipated to get the boat ready and to wind down my life onshore...Hence, I have not posted anything for a while. You are totally right about the wind generator and there was a long list of works such as re-sealing most of the decks and port holes, a new Yankee, etc. And then also, there is the new crew member. But know we are underway and hope to keep a bit of a video logbook of our journey.
@@littlewing.ws32 Isn’t it amazing how “upgrade creep” happens?! I pulled Glorious to paint the bottom and do the zincs and that opened the floodgates. But, Little Wing looks happy now. Congrats on retirement and totally approve of the crew addition. Dominique is delightful and looks very comfortable with Little Wing. Happy cruising, S/V Glorious Westsail 32 #42
@@svglorious Thanks Ed. I do consider myself incredible fortunate. Not only do I sail this beautiful Westsail 32 but I have the company of a beautiful and kind woman, at least for the first stages of the adventure. I totally agree with the boat job creep issue. First every job seems to lead to several more, then they take three times as long as expected and when you are finished you realise that what you have just been doing was not even on the boat job list. I just checked out SV Glorious and she is looking pretty fine herself. That is an early hull number...
Enjoyed your video! Your boat looks great.
"That's what it looks like"....profound. Really enjoy your videos.
Such a nice boat, I've never seen one before. Looking forward to watching your progress up the coast.
Again... love love love 💕💕💕 your boat! Another great video...
Good stuff thanks for sharing 👍👍
Keep them coming!
Thanks for sharing the adventures! Love seeing the life of fellow Westsailors
Thanks mate. A bit (lot) more modest than your adventures but having the time of my life.
@@littlewing.ws32 Its always an adventure when you untie the dock lines! Safe sailing
