    Now take their pension

In Colorado public pensions can be garnished to pay restitution for these crimes. After that they should still get whatever pension they have coming for the actual duties they did perform.

The city of Lakeside consists of a shopping center, amusement park and a few houses. This family is notorious for this kind of crap. Nobody takes Lakeside seriously.

I wish I could get "paid leave" while being investigated for stealing from my work. Why is this privilege always given to only to the corrupt? Why can't normal folks like me get it too?

After this and other police misconduct, how are we to have faith in ANY police or their departments?

Whats her severance package and why does a town of 17 people have a town council , multiple town vehicles and their own police department. Sounds like 17 people are benefiting from citation revenue. Policing for profit.

Great now it’s time to sue both parties. Place liens on all their properties and any assets they may have. I’m sure they have been cooking the books since 1967 and his daughter since she was hired. The apple don’t fall from the tree once a thief always a thief. Better get a real accountant to go through those books, people in your community deserve nothing less and want their money back. I’m glad they had enough sense to fire that guy and should have fired his daughter. I think every county in Colorado should have a rule no hiring family members of the same family. I bet his daughter didn’t even have the correct experience when she started but was hired because of daddy. It becomes unfair for a person that may have more experience then her might have been turned down because daddy want to line his daughters pockets too. Let me guess she probably came in thinking she ran the town because daddy, co- workers should come out and tell the truth. Good ridden to both these thiefs

0:48 Half the towns population is present in that room. Explain to me how sixteen people support a government consisting of a mayor, clerk, police chief, and a town lawyer.

They have an amusement park and shopping area that likely pay most of the taxes.

That chief had nothing to lose. From the looks of him he seems ready for a nursing home. They were both milking it for a very long time. They clearly have no shame if it was even there at all before.

I got a ticket from Lakeside police for rolling thru a stop sign. Not saying I was right, but I was in Wheat Ridge. Total money for Lakeside. Also, the cop had his gun out. WTF.
