There is a really good comment on the B side (probably A as well) the Heeso symbolises the fandom.
Her full name Ban Heeso is how in Korean you write Bunnies (their fandom name).
Her filming the New Jeans girls symbolises being a stan, her classmates react weirdly as if she sees people that aren't there and she has no friends. It really interferes with her real life. She support the group (the scene in the rain, in A she decides not to use her umbrella but sharing in the group's hardships), and the group supports her (writing on her cast).
In B she makes a different choice, choosing her real life (the guy she has a crush on), destroys the camera and does use an umbrella in the rain.
This all is theorized to be advise to be a fan in a healthy way.
The footage in the future is still there, all the memories of being a fan and interacting with the group like they are friends, the feeling of being part of them.
But I could be wrong, there could be Loona style alternate realities, with the group having the power to alter reality. Not likely, but there are similarities with OMG (the cat, iirc the teddybear, some dance scenes) and it's all artsy in the same mysterious way that there may be more than one true interpretation 😁.
he, imagine hearing this on the radio not getting the lyrics or the video and thinking 'yeah, that sounds like a fun and fresh love song,mid 90-ishy', when in fact it's about growing up and letting go of things that used to bring you joy... For a more seasoned group it'd already be a noteworthy achievemet, but for newbies? It's almost unheard of.
