I stand to be corrected though as other data sets may provide a better resolution - however, for well leading countries like the USA, Germany, and Russia. Other than that, Sentinel and Landsat will be your best take.

i suppose .3 meter is a resolution that let you actually see a detail clearly in focus of 30x30 centimeters, that, for you non metric guys, is about 1 foot square...this is a detail of a football field

South America and Africa have CBERS4 with 5m of spatial resolution (pan).
