Atherton AM170 first test ride at Dyfi frozen trails

This is my first proper run on the bike. We headed to wales for the weekend riding Dyfi first then onto bike park wales. If you watched my first visit to Dyfi it didn’t end well. This time I’m on a new bike and ready to shred some trails. Trying to get a feel for the new bike and see how I feel about it.
Feel free to leave some questions I will gladly answer them.

Apologies about the camera drop on the last couple of runs, it doesn’t happen in the next video.
The brake fade was my own fault, a bit more time bleeding the caliper and they would have been fine. Those hope V4 brakes are the best brakes I have ever used.
Looking forward to this year, turning 40 and I have the podium in sight 🤟🏽

Hi mate got the same bike.What do you reckon to it?Only ridden mine twice both atDyfi and from my limited skills it seems pretty good.Got the Dh bike coming soon as well.Recovering from shoulder op at minute so unable to ride😥.Nice video mate👍

Really like the bike, it’s so fast. I would like the DH bike but can’t warrant all that money into something I will only use 3/5 times as year.
