@@Ayelen013 The whole cast was invited that year, but for the opening ceremonies, they all had costumes. Laura and Christopher chose to wear those two costumes for obvious reasons. :)
Caroline made 38 different accounts and disliked this video 38 times single handedly. That's the only explanation I can come up with.
It's not a happy ending, it's the foundation for one. Both characters have grown and changed and they need to get to know each other again. Maybe then they'll be able to stay together, but if not they are now mature enough to separate as friends.

First time viewer here, though I know P&P like the back of my hand. This series is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The growth of the characters is so inspiring! I really adore Jane - she is sweet and meek but not weak. I just love that!. And our protagonist is just as round. Then there's just the overall amazing re-imagining of the source material (the book) and the super cool relevance to our times. Bravo!

When he just accepted her decision, wished her well, and told her how amazing she is, she saw that what she feared, a repeat of before, wouldn't happen. He would let her lead. Pretty sure that's why she changed her mind.

I was actually kinda disappointed that we didn't get a Jane hair style montage.
Sooo I definitely have finals to study for, and I've already seen this about a million times. Yet it's still not stopping me.
I think one of the main aspects TLBD is so successfull and good is that the characters always act super authentic, i mean, they act like real persons would do. They show real behaviour and emotions of people which is not often shown in regular Hollywood movies because there is everything about the drama. I love that so much.
I'm really proud of & happy for Jane? She's gotten better @ saying no to people and doing what she wants and! I know she's a fictional character? But I'm so glad!
