    The majority of omakase I watch or have experienced were: akame to chu-toro to o-toro. Maybe it is simply because it's traditional this way. But, when I think about it, going for a succulent chu-toro then palate-flipping akame to then an overtly succulent o-toro is so much more interesting in my mind.

      You’re totally right. I feel like they have thought this through and know that their Akami is much more flavourful than Chu-toro even though it’s less fatty. So that’s why they deliberately put it in between Chu-toro and O-toro. It enhances the differences even more. Thank you for watching! 😊

    It's difficult to watch when the shoes is all I hear..
    Does anyone know the specs on the Yanigaba?
