Front grill you can see the LED Lights - Rear you can see in the back window just behind the rear headrests there is a lightbar/Rearlights have small white squares 4. What you said Nothing hanging in the mirror. 5. Darker rear tints completely clear front driver and passenger windows 6. 2 People in the car usually Middle aged Males wearing all black. Check their shoulders for epaulettes 7. Doing 5 Under the speed limit 8. Antennas 9. They never have their windows down even in the summer time. 10. Rear Headrests are always down never raised 11. The bright blue lights (Dont know why they have to show off with their silly little lights) :)
