Well sadly you are not a biker because to make a comment like that its simply not in your blood and thats ok but please leave those with bikes running through their blood alone !!! Loud pipes do help trust me they do because all these other ass holes yes ass holes dont get hurt when they hit us At least the pipes let them know you are there Well to be honest even loud pipes sometimes is not enough as are police bikes covered in bright colours flashing lights etc etc My mate who is a police man on bikes tells me its just un true what folk cant or dont want to see ?? So before making such a comment have a think but yes a good biker will not wake you up at 5 am if he /she does then they are the ass holes also !!
@@allanhughes7859 I've been riding 2 wheels for 30 years. I never really understood the whole "loud pipes save lives" yeah maybe sometimes. if everyone was really concerned then why not wear a bright reflective vest and helmet and maybe a couple of 8ft. bright orange dune flags?? or if your that worried just drive a big truck. ..or stay home. safe and sound.
Nice bike. These people talking crap knew what the video was before they came to watch. That means the only reason they came here was to talk crap. They should go back to their lonely holes and make their own bike videos.
That is a big load of shit. Why would, someone come here just to talk crap about the bike . I am looking to buy a cruiser and was told I should look at this bike, the Kawasaki Vulcan along with several others. I live far out of the way and only see road/trail bikes out here so I can't exactly get to test ride them or even see them. For someone like myself I will go off of people's comments and visuals of the bikes from vids to narrow it down to those that I will test when I next get to the city. I fully agree with Carl Huffman though. The guy is a squid and the bike needs louder pipes.
+Chicken tikki masala on a stock 650 the friction zone is like 90% out. Look into the Clevver. It's a clutch lever with a cable hole further out so you can get better adjust without creating to much play in the lever. If you have a Custom you'll need a perch as well. $44 without a perch I think.
Sorry for the super late reply but better late than never! Lol that bike had a pretty high idle and decent torque so it took off on it;s own, but slowly. It helped quite a bit on hill starts!
5' 7. Took it on a 6hr round trip back in the day and it felt pretty comfortable. Other than my butt feeling numb at the end of the day, it wasn't bad but that would happen with any bike for that long.
Sean Beard Mate these are plenty powerful enough to hold 120/130km/h all day and keep up with the "big boys". Might not win a drag race but still enough
Means a lot coming from the gaye master. Lol, jk. It was definitely a baby bike. Pretty slow too, it was barely faster than my friend's GZ250 at the time.
Sounds fine. I hate how people think a motorcycle needs to annoy the entire neighborhood before it sounds good

if i had a dollar for every pixel in this video, id have 25 cents.
the burn of all burns
Biker Dad you are on point, I know guy that has those loud pipes he wear ear plugs. he got the pipes so he can fit in...ugh!
I like the looks, but that exhaust is killing me it could use some Vance n Hines
Take a 7/16' drill bit. ..... 3 or 4 holes per pipe......: RIDE LIKE YA MEAN IT!

Um no...the bike is running like shit, definitely not running on 2 cylinders if the sound is from that bike
You should upgrade that exhaust I got the short shot Vance and Hines and it does that bike so much more justice
I own this bike in black. I love it!
Wendi C im buying one tomorrow!!!
When you hear all that noise coming from the pipes, makes it hard to think and enjoy the ride.
that sounds like a dirtbike
I'm sure that bike was running on 1 cyclinder! Sounds like a Suzuki Savage!
+TheOtorider No, it's the cheap ass after market pipes.
XVS650 Shit pipes don't cut off a cylinder, it's almost definitely running on 1
That's how they sound with stock exhaust mine sounds like that
nice bike
Sorry but you should get some Cobra exhaust.
just bought this bike and starting off the line gear one is really hard to not stall. I stalled about 20 times. my first bike any tips?

Why does it sound like it's running on 1 cylinder?
It had a cheap exhaust. Made it sound funny.
Christian Anthony Being that bad you'd think one of the pipes is almost restricted then!
is it for sale..??
It looks like you didn't even give it throttle, when taking off. Does it just go, when you put it into first ?
Sorry for the super late reply but better late than never! Lol that bike had a pretty high idle and decent torque so it took off on it;s own, but slowly. It helped quite a bit on hill starts!
How tall is the rider here? How comfy is it?

Groove street lol
the same thing in my mind :D
Home atleast it was before I fucked everything up
Starter bike?
Definitely, great starter bike.
I can see if ur just learning to ride or intimidated by a big boy bike but i can't see wasting money on a small bike. Unless its a dirt bike..
Sean Beard Mate these are plenty powerful enough to hold 120/130km/h all day and keep up with the "big boys". Might not win a drag race but still enough
Sounds gaye

Christian Anthony Running on half its engine
