It's highly customizable. I don't know if you can do no nukes, but you can definitely limit it to early nukes. You can also set the no-early-nuke time for the beginning of the match.
Yes, you can do a no nukes and win. I find its actually safer to do it with no nukes because the second you start using them, the ai starts using them.
@@shaygilcreest1098 Yeah I've only played one game where the first nuke didn't set off the end of the game. I did a land invasion, which they responded by nuking me once. Then the game continued like normal until the usual end-game WW3 stage.
I recently watched your other ICBM video! And Jesus it differed from previous ones. Could you explain why the selection options show regions like North and South America instead of individual countries like the US or Soviet?
Just the default settings. You can set it up to play as individual countries if you want. I think it's set up with general allies/competitive GDP for a semblance of realism.
