@@zenfatkho8282 sepengetahuan saya, kalo water pump sudah menunjukkan gejala rusak biasanya langsung ganti dengan yg baru. Kalo gak salah ingat, merk nya "BEHR"
@@motoren_works I'm asking because i am doing some preventive maintenace to my m43 BMW z3. The car is only leaking at the flange in the back of the headset. I want to Change all the plastic flanges, rubber houses and the waterpump. In your opinion i should only apply RTV if after the new parts are in place they leak?
motoren works yeah me too, its on an e34 518, which to most is worthless but its been a 2 owner in the family since 1995 brand new so it has value to us
motoren works this is a completely cowboy way but my friend was stumped and said two minutes, came back with his Navara facing backwards... chained it up with bolts through the fan mounts and pulled it out then, I seriously don’t recommend that because I don’t think it came out straight and it definitely had some force behind it. But it did the job lol! Other videos show using a crowbar placed against the timing cover ontop of a bolt.
Michael Kennedy Finally, i think that was one of the final "horror" decision which must be done. It's mean, the water pump is already installed? After the water pump released, did you know what is the cause of water pump stuck?

how do you stop the pulley spin when you undo the 4 bolt ?
I little bit loosened the bolts before removing the belt

You dont need to tight them???

Belum pernah pake merk itu om, jadi tidak bisa memberikan pendapat. Biasanya yg dicari, impeller water pump berbahan besi

Proses ini saya gak pake sealer om, alhamdulillah aman. Pemakaian sealer disesuaikan saja dg kondisi

Diogo Soares in this video i don't use rtv, because there is no leak detected. In my opinion, if there is a leak, you can use the rtv

Diogo Soares i see, if you're not sure whether the leak will occur after the part change, in my opinion is better you use the rtv.
