I’m not here yet, but I keep thinking each day that oh I love this. I love this more. I love this one more. But truly, I love this one the best! I didn’t see that it was a cylindrical center until you shaded it! It is amazing what shading Will do!!! I finally got it in my garden. And still, it is my favorite so far! 💛TR
Thank you so much, Kelly, I discovered your channel recently and I really love what you share and the way you do it. It is so relaxing and so much fun. I also started the mini mandala series and I would love to make them all 😊 so I hope the video's will stay online. What you share is a true gift of peace in an world that is often too busy for me. I bless you with all my heart, may your happiness open many hearts for the joy of being that often reveals itself in simple acts such as the drawing of these simple but oh so beautiful flowers. With love ❤
I'm having so much fun with this series!! I've made my tiles round so that I can copy them onto labels to give as gifts with my jam/jelly. Thank you Kelli for the inspiration!!
This floral is so beautiful! I loved to draw this one. To break the dark oval I put a white dot in it, just a bit right of the middle (if that makes sence 😅) Thank you Kelli! I'm enjoying myself so much with my growing garden. Love from The Netherlands, Ingrid.
My husband had a good idea to make the end picture feed back into the first for a continuous wallpaper type border. I think mine will go on display somewhere in my house, I'm very proud of what I have achieved and also very greatful to you for helping me to achieve it x
I have been following audrey shantz during October and watched the collaboration yesterday that you did after your may florals I enjoyed it so much that I have spent a rainy October Sunday doing the first 11 days it is so much fun I've never done any sort of zentangle before
I love this one. There is a real flower called a cyclamen which does have heart shaped petals but I don’t think they have the cone in the middle. In the U.K. it’s pronounced siclamen but may be different in other places.
🤦♀️ I never know how to pronounce them! I should have looked up the flower before drawing it! I saw another version where the person put a little round bump in the center and it was so cute!
Cyclamen doesn't look anything like these, but I love this flower. Like she says, tangles aren't supposed to look like real flowers... this one fits that description. I am enjoying this series!
I love watching your videos. I am currently watching the Floral Patterns series. I am only at 11 but, I was wondering if you were going to make copies of your completed sketch book available for purchase? It is a wonderful teaching guide.
Yes, it’s meant to be non-representational. The creator was probably inspired by an actual cyclamen and then created this. If it looked exactly like something, then it’s considered a doodle or a sketch.
Hello um I just love your tutorials above anyone else so thank you for that! But your so soft spoken I can't hardly hear you. It doesn't matter what device I use maybe you could not have the microphone so far away from you .😊

That’s a great idea!!
I love this one. To me, when it is done, it looks like a sunflower actually.
❤ Yes, that's what they looked like to me, especially with the heart-shaped leaves on them. 😊
This one looks a bit tricky - glad you give such good instructions!😂 It looks really beautiful and 3 dimensional with the shading. 💖🙏🏽
I love this one too, I like the garden over the window. 😊😊😊
Kelli this is just beautiful. I am so enjoying this class. Thank you for all of this.

What a fun idea!!
I was thinking along with bees and butterflies some caterpillars too ❤
Really love your flowers, they are beautiful. I don't draw along but I love watching as I crochet.
Thank you so much, Kelli! I especially love this floral series.
I am following. I miss the weekends. I'm doing mine in a sketch book. I went big. I'm loving it!😊
Thanks!
Oh, my goodness! Thank you so much! 🥰

Contente que vous ayez glissé Cyclamen dans vôtre et nôtre petit jardin 💙
It’s so beautiful!
Just lovely, thank you for sharing your enthusiasm and talent!

Kelli pronounces it correctly for USA pronunciation. Common garden center flower here but I can never seem to keep one alive. Very beautiful.

In Idaho my grandfather called them dancing naked ladies
Gorgeous 🖤🤍🖤
Could you recommend what paper is best to draw doodles on? I dont have access to the tiles that you have. loving this series. Thank you for sharing.
I love drawing on most “mixed-media” papers!
Wouaouuuh ❤

Do you mean the little practice sketchbook I am using in the videos? Fun idea!
@KelliBlouin yes! I think it's a wonderful teaching aid, especially for those of us who watch your videos.
Kept trying to figure out how this is a cyclamen. It isn’t. A cyclamen bloom has petals that point upward with the center down.
Yes, it’s meant to be non-representational. The creator was probably inspired by an actual cyclamen and then created this. If it looked exactly like something, then it’s considered a doodle or a sketch.

Thank you for letting me know!
What is the eraser called please I have seen use use it and it seems better than rubbing ..🌸
I think it could be called kneading eraser. At least, that would be a logical translation to me 😊
It is a kneaded eraser. There are a few different brands available, not sure which one Kelli uses, but I have a Fabre Castell one which works well.
Yes, “kneaded” eraser. Any brand should work!
I’m a put a hard cover on mine
Good idea!
Thanks!
