There must have been someone. Maybe the public didn't, but things like this can't be kept in secret for so long in the showbiz. Take Weinstein for example, almost every actor/director/producer knew what he was doing and they remained silent.
He don't even die it was just a joke read the news and they say that they try to call the attention of everyone saying sad things or bad things of actors and famous figures but he still in life don't worry ;)
And to now know that the kid who played alfalfa was being sexually abused while filming this movie I can never look at this movie the same ever again !
Agreed. Very sad to hear about Bug's ordeal and how two crew members, like predators, sought him out. This behavior followed Bug through many movies throughout his childhood. So happy to see him try to find peace with his growing family.
@@blakeholland7640 yes it’s just so heartbreaking ! I believe that other children were being abused as well he couldn’t have been the only one and to make it worse he was being sexually assaulted by his biological father before he got the role , so when he said he thought he’d be able to put that past him and he was so happy about the alfalfa role to only be sexually abused again is sooooo ... I just can’t even explain or fathom what he went through ! HE SHOULDVE BEEN PROTECTED !
It is so depressing watching that film now. Looking at Bug hall , that adorable little toddler and to know he was sexually abuse, that his childhood was taken away from him. It is just so sick ! Those people needs to be caught ! It had been going on for way too long !
Last thing I heard about Travis is he ended up working at Walmart in Dallas. Never heard what happened to Bug Hall. I guess I can find out on the internet somewhere.
@@princess1peach I have seen his UA-cam videos, he is a homophobic catholic and he's also a complete weirdo and he was very manipulative when talking to me and he took advantage of the fact I use to admire him. I can't stand him and I regret ever supporting him.
I'm surprised they didn't bring up getting to work with Steven Spielberg on the movie. Because this was one of the few movies he made during his slapstick phase along with The Flintstones, Little Giants, and Casper. Although his name is uncredited in this movie as well as Little Giants. John Hughes was also going through the same phase at the same time.
@@Thesunisuptheskyisblue Bug Hall said in his "breaking silence" video on his UA-cam channel that Spielberg did the casting for it. So he was kind of, sort of involved. Not entirely, though.
As horrific as it is what happened to Bug Hall, just putting it out there that to say you’ll never view the movie the same way again, you’re choosing that. Just because you hear a young actor was sexually abused on the set of your childhood film doesn’t mean you have to look at the film differently now. You look at it differently now, that is your choice, not any kind of obligation. It’s possible to still enjoy the movie even upon hearing what happened to Bug Hall.
I really hate it when people say "I feel so sorry for what happened to him", without mentioning with a single word what actually happened to who. Do they want people to beg them "Please, tell us what happened"?
Oh my word, Travis Teford is so adorable with his little accent
Unfortunately, he doesn't have that accent anymore.
Travis was so cute
Poor bug no one knew what he was really going through 🥺🙏

He became a Traditional Catholic and started a beautiful family. They are dedicated to living a life of poverty.
He grew up to be a massive homophobe and he's also just a complete weirdo.

I know he is older now but I mean when he was younger because he was like 5 in the movie and in real life.
Darla is so beautiful and now they grown up

I didn't know the Dallas accent was that strong 30 years ago.
I did not know that his real name it Brandon
i love the littie rascals
They both looked so cute! If there was a 'Flashback' i wanted to see them both and called them "YOU GUY'S ARE SOOO CUTE!"

Alfalfa would act in a soccer movie called, the big green, the next year in 1995.

A really funny movie about kids, playing with each other. Their go kart gets stolen from other kids. Then, they tried to make one up to win a race.
