My Grandpa taught me how to fish when I was 3 years old, I'm 64 now, I fished hard until about 15 years ago, just so many things were going on I just couldn't find the time I'm embarrassed to say, well now I'm ready to rock and roll once more, looking to get a 16 to 18 foot Lund and a premium sonar, back when I was fishing steadily "In Fisherman" and the Lindner brothers were my go-to people, I must have 30 VHS tapes still haha, I've been watching Al and Angling Edge TV for the last six months, as soon as spring breaks in Michigan I'm going to start slammin them again, God bless the Lindner's and everything they do for our wonderful sport

Thank you Michael for sharing! The old In-fish days and the VHS library. Hope you have a great fishing season!

Great video. I love putting this rig on for my 6 and 10-year-olds too. They don't seem to get snagged up as much and still catch fish.

not sure why i haven't seen this rig, but it's fantastic. thanks , as always, for a great explanation of the rig. i also appreciate showing how you found the fish to begin with.

Mason Linscott they could care less about your questions

Mason, slow rolling along the bottom with a swimbait or "snap jigging" would work. Slow rolling it would keep bottom contact nearly the entire cast.

Sufix is garbage! Sorry fellas...I think this is a regional thing. I used to live in Minnesota and go up several times a year. Seems people in MN buy Sufix because of the Lindner's! LOL. It's really crap line! Trilene 100% fluoro is far superior. I've gone through many brands trying to find the best and Sufix is definitely the worst and Trilene has been by far the best for strength and castability.

i love Trilene braid, but the fluoro i used from them was terrible.... i had good experience with Suffix tho... :)
