These videos are a great help for building up and getting into death guard armies. The most intimidating part of it for me is the loadout choices however. Have you ever considered making a video detailing which loadout options are useful and why for every death guard unit that has options? Also second question: what is the point of taking poxwalkers without typhus when cultists fill the same role with the same cost but with ranged attacks and more movement?
@@generaljannis I have seen that video and it was great, but I was hoping for every other unit that had options besides the plague marines. Things like bloat drones, chaos sorcerers etc that arent covered that often
I always thought it'd be hilarious to do something janky like: Typhus, 3 PBC, 2 Brigands, 1 x3 Nurgling at 1000 points. Though a variant of Typhus, 2 PBC, 2 Brigands, 1 Karnivore, 2x3 Nurglings also fits 1000.
for me, who played some games since october 5-6 with 100% winrates ( from a large victory too a victory on 1 jet of dice ) against a lot of marines army ( Iron hands, World eater ) and a necron and with tactical objectif. I found a army that work very well, who do not need a lot of stratagies, with a looot of damage but there is a lack of mobility. My list is always with -1bs/Ws (take 1 time -1sv didnt seem very irreplaceable against my openent army ( iron hand ). So my army is: 1 biologus ans 1 foul with 7 marines (not meta but its our sacred number ) with 1 champion with pistol plasma and HW; 1 melta, 1 plague spewer, 2 BW and 2 HW. test it against a repulsor and heavy intercessor and whaou. 1 tallyman or 1 bilogus depend if ur prefer stay in ur lines and make some cp or take contrl of the map. With 5 marines same compo as before withou BW. Typhus with 6 deathshroud ( not recommended against very beginner just 3 in this case ) bc -2 to hit in melee on a E6 2sv,inv4 and 3 wounds its very strong, and deathshroud can -1 on openent wound. Its youre hammer and anvil. Typhus can kill at melee and with his power tank or terminator and with stratagem deathshroud can destroy low endu or marines type with theyre flamethrower BUT very slow ( 4 mov ) and the footprint is massive for the teleport 1 drones with 2 plague spewer bc is fast and can make some anti infantry 1 PBC bc he can take the middle and be a magnet of bullet ( newbie are generally more afraid of a big tank than 1 pack of marines with melta plagues spewer etc who can kill elites units in 1 turn.

Yes most often I look at units and which options to choose. You can find for example a detailed analysis of PM and their choices
