Me too man, game used to give off the "do what it takes to survive" vibe with the music and the atmosphere (rain, fog and the old background. Now it just gives off the "esports" vibe which I hate.
Goddamn I couldn't agree more with you, this theme used to hype me up every game. I liked the game more back when it had no vaulting, just one map and overall a simpler design that was so intense to play. Now all we see is pro players winning every single game.

@@powerdanger7315 remember when every drive with the bike was as risky as Roulette and remember when you found a silencer, the sound of the weapons, the game was soo intense. So geniusly made and yet buggy as fuck still at the end i miss the time where i played directly after the release of the game...

I left normal PUBG and only play the mobile version for fun sometimes now.
Even though it was a mess in it's early stages of release, it was definitely one of the best times i had in gaming.

Its directly stolen from the Soundtrack from Cosmos, its called New Years Eve and it is around 1:40. It literally is just that song just slowed down to 3/4s. The reason I say its stolen is because there isn't any mention of the actual song in the credits or anything.

Edit: Building aspect is great but the problem with fortnite is that you get paired up with noobs so you're stuck with what you get each match and people leave more often in fortnite in the beginning which what I've experienced so far sucks. And importantly where is a competitive mode/Ranked
Pubg on the other has its fair share of problems but i wont get into that too lazy

1)Camped for 99% of the game
2)was a total lunatic and went for every person to fight not knowing what you were doing
3)drove for days on end in the sunset until some guy had the courage to fire his gun at you and kill you
4)was really good at the game and had to hear tons of people call you a hacker
5)deal with hackers
All of those things may or may not be something you have encountered in this game...but damn was it a good game at the time

The game now it feels like you play CSGO Competitive and RainBow Six Siege where everyone main Objective is Kill as much as they can NOT keep stay alive until last man standing. For newers player who play in mid 2018-2020 it seems Normal but not for majority PUBG Veteran 2017 . The feel u Had in 2017 when 1enemy coming it just like play a horror game. And that feel is lost coz it turn onto Esport Game. Too bad for Blue Hole
