You are brilliant; to the point and no idol chit chat. I am new (1 week) to Cricut and your demonstrations are so easy to follow. Keep up the good work. Joy from London, U K.
The black mug was my favorite. I really like the look of holographic vinyl but have never used it. I need to order some and give it a try! Thanks for sharing this video.
Hello! New to cricut here - I was wondering why you used the heat transfer vinyl on the paper bags .. also do you have to have the cricut press machines or will an iron or hairdryer work? Thanks in advance!
You are great at making that stuff I’m following your tutorials and I’m starting to get better at making stuff with my cricut maker. Keep up the good work
New subscriber! Love these ideas for Halloween! Absolutely perfect! I cannot wait to receive my Cricut Explore Air 2! Just in time for maybe Halloween & for Thanksgiving. Thanks for sharing! ♥️
Odd I know.. But I absolutely love watching your videos.. I like how you describe everything and your tone isn't annoying and kind of soothing lol.. Thanks for sharing ♥
I'm new to your channel and I'm loving all your designs and ideas!! For this particular video, my favorite was the mug with holographic vinyl. Must be because I'm a huge coffee/tea lover! ☺
Didn’t know they had the nail polish holders @ dollar tree, but got a pink glitter one @ amazon. Used it last night- all I kept think was “brilliant idea!!” It works awesome. Thnx 😀👍🏻
Hi! You don't need to seal it, I would just make sure the vinyl says permanent. I recommend hand washing it, I've placed some in the dishwasher and that just gets too hot and the vinyl will peel off. I also recommend cleaning the mug before you put the vinyl on and waiting 48 hours to let it "cure" before you wash the mug with the vinyl on it. I've noticed that helps as well. :)
Kayla, you're a great teacher! I wanted to try the mug using 651 vinyl on my Maker but it didn't cut through. What material type should I select from the options provided? thanks
Thank you so much!! I’ve always used the vinyl setting and it has worked for me. You could try changing the pressure from default to more as well. There’s a chance you might need a new blade if it’s not cutting all the way through also, or that the blade needs cleaned off.
Joann's is having a 40% off sale that ends today (hope you see this) and I bought the premium fine point blade for $10. Ive only used my cricut for like 3 or 4 weeks and my blade is dull already. I've been using the foil method but its a pain.
I use the off brand blades from Amazon. I got like 10 to 20 of each blade. I think they work just the same so far. I only paid around $10 - $12 for them. So far so good.
I love the mug! But isn’t it supposed to be witch’s brew? (You can clean your blades with an aluminum foil ball. But since this video is older you probably know that by now!)
The projects are all nice, but my favorite was the black mug with “witch’s brew” on it. I do not drink coffee, so I’d fill the mug with hot chocolate! I looked at blades today, so I want to read about the Amazon ones. I will probably sharpen what I have with tin foil for now.
Thank you!! The witch's brew mug was fun to make, especially with the holographic vinyl! :) The tin foil has helped my blades last a little longer also!
Yes! You can use them on Starbucks cups and other mugs. That would look so cute. :) I would just make sure it says it's permanent adhesive vinyl. The patterned vinyl I used from Expressions Vinyl says it's permanent.
Hi I am new to using my circuit I have had it for 4 years now and I just started using it and when want to take off the back part of the vinyl from the Matt it doesn’t want to come off I have to wash it off because it sticks to it Is this normal ??
Hi! Do you mean taking the vinyl off of the Cricut mat? I like to bend to turn the Cricut mat around and bend the mat and it helps to remove the vinyl.
Kayla's Cricut Creations no not the vinyl the vinyl comes off right away it’s the white part that comes with the vinyl. Is that normally happen to it ?
Nikisha Joseph I like to attach instead of weld because if I save the project and go back into it I can’t undo it and go back to change something. When I attach I can hit detach if I need to change something. If I’m bringing script letters together, however, I always weld those together because it’ll show the cut lines in between the letters if you don’t. You can choose to hit weld if you know you don’t want to change anything though and it can make it easier to look at since it makes it own layer. That was kind of a long response 🤪 lol

I've used off brand. They work awesome
Serena Fritz awesome!! Thanks! I definitely plan to try it out, especially with the price difference! I go through blades too much. 🤣
@@KaylasCricutCreations yes cricut blades are just too pricey for how much you have to change them sometimes
You have the absolute BEST Cricut videos!! Love all these projects 💜
Thank you so much!! 🥰💕
You are great at making that stuff I’m following your tutorials and I’m starting to get better at making stuff with my cricut maker. Keep up the good work
Lovee them all, but the coffee cup the best.
Thank you so much! That one was fun to make, especially with the holographic vinyl.
I have the off brand blades and they work good you get 30, 45, and 60 pressure blades if that makes sense. I recommend

Hello :), how do you seal the mug? Or you just apply the vinyl
Odd I know.. But I absolutely love watching your videos.. I like how you describe everything and your tone isn't annoying and kind of soothing lol.. Thanks for sharing ♥
Lol! Thank you so much!! 🥰
I am so new to this...... I didn't see you use a sealant. Are these microwave/dishwasher safe?

A day late but Happy Thanksgiving day in Canada! 🥰
Awesome tips. Need to try the shirt transfer to make workshirt5s with my chanel logo on them.
I. LOOOOOOVE ALLL OFFFF THEMMM❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I have a question, have you ever used sport iron on on a 100% cotton shirt?
Didn’t know they had the nail polish holders @ dollar tree, but got a pink glitter one @ amazon. Used it last night- all I kept think was “brilliant idea!!” It works awesome. Thnx 😀👍🏻
I know I just found that out but YES I love how well it works! 🥰
Did you seal the mug? If so what did you use?
Do you not need to seal the vinyl to the cups or mug? I'm so nervous about the vinyl not sticking
Hi! You don't need to seal it, I would just make sure the vinyl says permanent. I recommend hand washing it, I've placed some in the dishwasher and that just gets too hot and the vinyl will peel off. Hi! Love this thank you! Do you have a website? If so what is the url?
I can’t find your patron page

We use the off brand blades...$11 for 40! They work great...and last just as long!
Awesome!! I'm going to buy some and give them a try. :)

I can’t decide “witch” is my favorite! They are all wonderful! Thanks for sharing your talent.
Haha I love it 😂Thank you so much!! 🥰
Can you use the patterned vinyl on cups? Like the Starbucks cups.
Yes! You can use them on Starbucks cups and other mugs. That would look so cute. :) I would just make sure it says it's permanent adhesive vinyl. The patterned vinyl I used from Expressions Vinyl says it's permanent.
It does not matter if it has a pattern, the vinyl can be used.

FYI the Rhinestone World Sells blades for the cricut

Why are you using attach
and not Weld in your design space?
Nikisha Joseph I like to attach instead of weld because if I save the project and go back into it I can’t undo it and go back to change something. Thanks for letting me know
What wood stain did you use?
Hi! Here's the link to the wood stain I use: bit.ly/2FuwZeK It is the red mahogany.
Thank you so much!
