- Look a dis everybuddy! Benny Sharp is back wit some more of his famous Mech suits! (Okay I can't type this whole thing out phonetically 😝)
Anyway! The last episode of Famous Animated Characters as Mech Armors got an awesome response from y'all even though I made it in a crazy rush and it was a bit sloppy at parts, so I figured I'd jump right into a sequel with some of the requested characters from the comments and do a version that I didn't have to rush! Plus I REALLY wanted to bring back the narrator from that episode because I loved voicing him and it seemed like everyone in the comments liked him too!
So today I design some more iron man and Gundam inspired mech suits of Astrid and Stormfly from How to Train Your Dragon, Lightning McQueen from Cars and Po From Kung Fu Panda!
Not gonna lie I think this is one of the best things I've ever made on the channel! Hope you all like the wacky narration and battle ready mechas!

So here's my head-canon for the Kung Fu Panda characters in this universe: Oogway, and subsequently Shifu, have their students pick totems to focus their training on, hence the animal theme.
I’m just gonna stick with the furry club idea
It could also be that there are animal-themed styles of Kung Fu (there's a Bear style, which I guess is pretty close to Panda)

Benny sharp oh my god I love this man
Here’s a comic idea for a team up of three: the group that wants Shrek’s swamp has been doing land grabs everywhere with some bad methods. Hiccup is solo trying to follow some leads of where else the group is operating in an illegal fashion after they threatened some people in Berk. He travels to China Town and meets Po in a warehouse of the group trying to take the ownership of land from people of both Berk and China Town. Hiccup finds some files that could lead to some hard evidence and Po finds an interesting file about an area the group has been trying to get for months that has gone to just being a place they steer clear from. The shady group hires some dangerous mercenaries to attack Hiccup and Po while they travel on a road on a cliff. Po tells Hiccup to go in the direction of a swamp and the mercenaries stop chasing. They soon have a little brawl with the infamous Shrek until they’re able to inform him that they’ve been trying to get evidence against the group that have been using any means to steal land from people. Shrek says that he would be able to handle them if he had enough to pay the Mech Maker for an upgrade. Hiccup realizes that they all got their suits from the same guy and makes a deal with Shrek to pay for his upgrades. Po is just psyched to meet the guy that made his suit, and ask why he designed an explosion to happen if he moved his pinky a certain way. Shrek jokes he’s glad he doesn’t have teacups. By luck, the teammates of both Hiccup and Po are visiting the Mech Maker for a tuneup and so they plan to take down the land stealing group.
I gotta say, I freaking love the acting you do for Benny. I feel like he's a real person almost. These mech suit designs rock btw. Might have to make up some of my own at some point!

Man every time he does something like this I always get worried that he might get copyrighted
Don't worry bout that, I've done a lot of research into this because of what I do and while I'm not a lawyer, from everything I;ve read from lawyers on the topic of fan art and stuff you're pretty safe (especially if the work is transformative) unless you sell fan art of a character while working for a company that has the rights to them. Outside of that, the worst you could get is a cease and desist to stop using some companies character. (Again I'm not a lawyer so my advice isn't the best to take, but this is just what I've found from my research and talking to other industry artists 😁)

RWBY characters where they're all in Mech-suits they design themselves with Benny constructing them with personal aura shielding and a special ability (Semblance) and powered by 'Dust'.
Each character would also have a new suit custom built for them as time goes on and they overachieve their suits capabilities.
(Real good profit for Benny, especial when ones true father gives a little helping hand)
