    Thank you so much for the detailed explanation. I wondered how the organ would detect notes and the pressure drop system is just genius! Amazing sound and simple to build.

      It's ingenious, yes. Amazing sound tho? I'm pretty sure the 3rd or 4th level of hell plays only barrel organ eternally while the dancing monkeys fling flaming turds at the doomed souls condemned

      Hi,
      I think my last answer is not correct, because probably you talked about the the organ books and not the description book we wrote. It is quite difficult to make organ books. You need a punch machine which is not an easy task, but you need to have a large knownledge of musical theory to adapt any song to a midi files with only 29 notes. Maybe a friend of yours ca make the job for you.

    [edit:] I notice you seem to have direct access to the actual 3d models used in the pdf and I don't seem to find any access to said files. If you do see this, I'd like to know if you still have them and would be willing to share.
    this is awesome. Years of searching and now that I've got a 3d printer, I think I'm going to attempt to make something like this. The instructions are pretty clear and explain dimensions well, so using cad software should make this super easy. I am quite curious how a 3d printed pipe organ would sound though compared to wood or metal.

    • @titigermain
      @titigermain  11 місяців тому

      Many thanks for your feedback.
      Of course, I agree to share 3D files. They have been generated by the SKETCHUP software.
      Give me an email adress , and I will forward the 2 two files (one for each layout of organs)
      I have to draw your attention to one point.
      Some parts of the drawing may not have been updated. At first, I made drawings, but sometimes when I assembled parts, I have to modidy slighly some details without mofication on the blueprint.
      Best regards,
      Jean-Claude.

      In the past I also faced the same problem when I wanted to share an email adress
      So there could be a solution
      in your web browser type "les doigts toniques" It is the name on my musical band.
      Click on the link in the top of the result page. (The full name of the link is LES DOIGTS TONIQUES - Quimper)
      Go the contact page and you will see an email adress. I hope it will work

    Bonjour, je vais essayer de construire un orgue de barbarie à partir de vos instructions, je voulais savoir si vous pensez que l’orgue fonctionnerait si j’utilisais du pmma ou du plexiglas pour construire les flûtes et l’ensemble de l’orgue. J’aimerais aussi installer un système midi à la place du lecteur de carte mais je ne trouve pas de ressources pour en construire un soi-meme, peut être avez vous une idée d’où je pourrais trouver ces ressources. Je serais ravi de recevoir une réponse, bravo encore et merci pour ces instructions partagées à tous. Noé Leleu.

    • @titigermain
      @titigermain  6 років тому

      Bonjour Noé
      si l'on tient compte que les flûtes à bec sont souvent faites en plastique, on doit pouvoir faire les flûtes de l'orgue en plexi. Reste à en faire une en test pour valider la sonorité. Mieux vaut avoir une découpeuse laser ou une CNC car il y a beaucoup de pièces à faire.
      concernant le système midi, voici un lien vers une réalisation très pro...

      Titi la Bretelle merci beaucoup pour ces conseils. Dans le projet que je développe, mon but était de ne pas avoir de lecteur de cartons (que j’affectionne pour autant) et de le replacer totalement par un système midi directement raccordé aux flûtes. J’ai vu ce genre de systèmes mais sans réussir à trouver des instructions, une idée par rapport à ça? Merci beaucoup. Noé.
