- Is the L'Oreal Brow Stylist Definer pencil a drugstore dupe for Anastasia's Brow Wiz pencil? So many questions and recommendations on these two! I wanted to test them not only for myself, but also for you. :) I'll show you up close today how these brow pencils apply side by side and what kind of quality each of these has. Can you save some money with the L'Oreal pencil? Have you tried this one?

I feel the L’Oreal eyebrow pencil suits you better than the Anastasia one. I love the L’Oreal eyebrows pencil, and the elf brow pencil (2$) for more basic days

This is a great series for December. I found an amazing dupe for the KVD Powder Contour Kit with the Kokie Powder Contour Palette. I actually prefer the Kokie product!! It blends better and the color is more what I prefer.
To m e the Loreal looks better. I am enjoying all these dupe videos, they really help keep me on a budget.
YAY! I can’t justify $21 on a brow pencil when a) although I love ABH eyeshadow palettes, my brow color is not easy to match, b) I am coloring my hair and am “dirty blonde” as opposed to grey and that makes it even MORE of a pain, and c) I do my brows every day and you burn through those pencils FAST. Good dupes are priceless!
Would powder shadows do the trick maybe, because you could customize your shade better? I switch between powders, pencil, and pomade. I like shadows better because I feel I have more control with my brush than relying on the point of the pencil, where I end up drawing in the wrong spot! ; / And my brows and hair are different colors, but so are lots of people. And, for fun, sometimes I've used colored shadows to give myself a deep purple brow....goes with the purple in my hair :D Thanks....
Wet n Wild is also coming out with thin eyebrow pencils. They have the diamond tip already but now they’re doing one like these.
I can't get enough of your videos, Zabrena!!! Keep them coming, please. I saw Emilynoel83 do a really cute video idea, a couple of weeks ago, where she purchased a makeup kit that claimed to be a full face of makeup for about $10. She allowed herself one add in, which was her favorite concealer, then used the kit for everything else. I would love to see you challenge yourself to do something like that. You're awesome, and I know you would come up with something magnificently gorgeous.

they are absolutely the same formula, I like how you don't over fill your brows, I like the way you do it naturally, I prefer doing my brows like that too on the sparse area, my nyx micro brow pencil is still one of my favorite drugstore brow pencil, and the high end is Anastasia Beverly hills brow whiz pencil❤
The nyx micro brow pencil is also a very good dupe for the Anastasia brow wizz. I’m dark haired and use the shade brunette in the nyx pencil and find it just as good as the Anastasia one ☺️x
The L’Oréal is great yes!! But also the micro one from maybelliene is just the same. Both great. But nothing is as good to me as the abh one!
Oh another dupe imo, the new cover girl one! Omg I love it. The color is dead on. Not too warm, not too dark! I get the deep brown or brunette. I forget 😂but I quite like them all!

Great video and my favorite eyebrow pencil for people who have no eyebrow hair is the essence twist pencil I use shade hot chocolate been using it for a while now and it doesn't budge or smudge

I'm loving the Catrice Slim'Matic Ultra Precise Brow Pencil and it's even less expensive.
Ive been using the Loreal one for a very long time. I'm surprised you just discovered it! I have stopped using it, however, because i decided to go cruelty free. Still working out all the kinks on that. I just used the ABW for the first time. Someone let me us there's to try it out. Just the same! I also recently discovered Color Pop micro pencil which is Now my holy grail. 5 bucks. Why would anyone pay 20 bucks for something that has dupes all over creation??
how is the L'Oreal compare to NYX? I only use micro brow pencils can't stand those with the triangular tip and Wet N Wild finally has a micro-brow pencil similar to this for $4!!!

I used to use the L'Oreal Brow Stylist and I thought it was my holy grail.. It is an amazing pencil, but when i started using the Ulta brand brow pencil, it is EVEN BETTER than the L'Oreal and the ABH pencils, in my opinion! Nobody is talking about how great this pencil is on UA-cam! You have to try the Ulta one! It's amazing and lasts ALL day without moving!
Can’t help but add my 2 cents. I have tried several drugstore brow pencils. I settled on the L’Oréal pencil but it just got too soft for me. I had to be so careful and use the very lightest touch or I’d get a thick line or blob. I splurged and got an ABW and was so glad I did. Love the consistency so much better. Also the shade match is much better too. I guess since the consistency is firmer it lasts much longer than the L’Oréal pencil too. ABW costs more but I go through a lot less of them.
I personally feel the L’Oreal looks better looks more natural and the color suits you better to your hairline good to know thank you for sharing
I'm on my 3rd L'Oréal one. It's great. No way would I buy the Anastasia one. I am the same way in the morning. I can't find words! 😄. I love your videos!

It's funny that you mentioned "weight in gold". Someone on Reddit did the math and the Anastasia Brow Wiz costs more per ounce than actual gold. I have been looking for a dupe ever since I learned that. Thanks for another great video!! ♥️♥️♥️

I love the L’Oréal definer pencil & I combine it with their Brow Stylist Boost & Set Volumizing Brow Mascara. That brow mascara has the tiniest little wand & doesn’t clump my brow hairs together or apply too much product at once! Great combo & my favs!

i don't think its a dupe. i think the loreal looked better and a better match. i recently bought an auburn maybelline brown pencil because it was marked way dow and i had a coupon. i'm brunette, but have red tones and my brows are turning lighter as i am getting older (49). i've been buying brown pencils. i tried the maybelline out and wow, it was a better match and looked more natural!!! however, its super soft and breaks easily. so next time around, i might try loreal. thanks.
Try Caramel in the ABH products. I'm a fellow redhead, and it fits me perfectly. Can't find a dupe color-wise in the drugstore.
This is actually a perfect color for a caramel colored brunette too! My fave from abh and I've played that field.

I love the L’Oréal pencil. I got the Anastasia 1 time bc it was a beauty steal at Ulta and it was great but I will continue to use my L’Oréal.
I used to use the brow wiz and forgot it when I was out of town, I bought the L’Oréal and have been using it for over a year. It’s sooo good. Ladies and gents, get it!

I've been loving this series! So nice to find dupes for great products. However, I have tried the Loreal Brow Stylist and its not my favorite. It doesn't wow me like some others I have tried. I have gotten different colors because I heard people raving about it. But I'm just not a fan. I prefer the Covergirl brow pencil in Honeybrown. Thanks for the review!!
I just recently tried the L'oreal brow pencil too and love it to replace the MAC one I was using. When I went to replace the MAC, the new one was so dry that I returned it and got the L'oreal one, love it!

How does the Elf Brow Pencil compare to the Loreal Brow Pencil ??
Katherine Goodacre the Elf Precision Brow pencil is soooo good! A bit more dry than the loreal one - but in a good way. I find the hair strokes more realistic, it’s cheaper ($5) and cruelty free!! That one replaced my Loreal one
The one I tried said Brown but was very auburn. And too dry for me. Would like to give another shot because I love ELF

I use the L'Oreal and the elf..I love them both. The L'Oreal one is great and makes better brush strokes. The elf is great for everyday use..it doesn't make quit as small strokes but the spoolie is allot bigger on the elf. They both work great. I refuse to pay 23$ for the ABH pencil.

You have to try the color Caramel in the ABH. I’m a natural redhead with blonde highlights and it’s my perfect color hands down. I do love the L’Oreal though ❤️❤️❤️

I wonder if its just your lighting or what, but the color of the ABH pencil seems a perfect color to me. Everytime I see you use an auburn color, it seems too red to me? I don't know. Maybe its redhead problems that I know nothing about.

Discovered that L'Oréal pencil a few months back and it's the only one I'll use now! I have very, very, sparce brows. Think mykie from glam&gore.. And it makes it look like I have real brow hairs.

I use the shade caramel which is closer to auburn in my opinion. I am also a real ginger with invisible brows!

Zabrena, you should really try the light brunette color in the L'Oreal pencil. I have found that one has a little bit of a red tone to it and you can still keep it very light on the brow as long as you don't go in too heavy with the pencil. I'm so glad that you finally tried this,. One other thing, I have found that if I add a tiny bit of translucent powder to them once I get them on ...it extends their wear time even longer.

Nice! I think the L’Oreal brow actually looks nicer and much more natural. I’ll look for this at my local CVS. I am also a redhead and the blonde looks awesome on you, so that is what I will purchase 😊
I really like the Maybelline brow pencil that looks similar. It's very fine, but a little more creamy than the Anastasia one so the color payoff is faster.
Such a great dupe! I prefer the L'Oreal colour, it does seem a little fainter but I like a softer brow colour, I'm gonna have to hunt for it because I'm not sure if it's available in Australia yet.

I have the NYX Micro Brow Pencil in Ash Brown. It's my favorite eyebrow pencil, but a little pricey at $10 for that tiny pencil, and there are almost never coupons available, so an alternative is appreciated.

There are so many brow wiz dupes out there, and apparently brow wiz is actually a dupe of a pencil from Senna Cosmetics... L’Oreal, Colourpop, BH Cosmetics, LA Girl, Nyx, ELF, Catrice, Lottie London, Maybelline, Covergirl, Revlon, Ulta, etc all make a similar brow pencil and I think some from aliexpress too, would be great to see a video comparing them all
