Child Protective Services in Colleyville is really bad. There is a facebook group with 2,100 families who have CPS issues in the city of Colleyville and who say Colleyville is targeting families there through the school district. So out of the 26K population, 9% of those families are visited by CPS. That is an interesting "affluent" town.
