Ok I will, or just reboot device then go to freya app go to option then select rootfs and then go back and you get uninstall freya option instead of Jailbreak press that and Jailbreak will remove.
I jailbreak with freya first time and i got no cydia , i tried to download firmware same version and restore my ipad and re jailbreak and now i have cydia !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was having the same problem until I actually went into settings and tapped on 'Load Tweaks' and 'RestoreRoot' but make sure you set it back to Load tweaks on and Restore root off then try jailbreak one more time. I did it 4 times and it finally worked! I hope this made sense lol
