"I don't want this to end!" - just as it was echoed around the world as people watched this 3 and a half hour concert.
My favorite moment in a new Maidiacs journey: when they sit back in their chair and shake their head in disbelief at what they have really discovered!
Kanami Tono (Mincho) Lead Guitar does the songwriting and composing. Miku Kobato (Small Pigeon) Rhythm Guitar & Vocals writes the bulk of the lyrics. However, Saiki Atsumi (The Queen / Sai-Chan) Lead Vocals contributed the lyrics for Hate. She said she could feel that Kanami was angry when she wrote the song so she made the lyrics match that mood. However, Kanami later said she wasn't angry at all. I can believe that because I don't think that there is a mean bone in Kanami's body. She is so sweet natured and frequently says "I will try my best" to accomplish whatever she is doing.
That's how it happened for a lot of us. It's like, "This is what I've been looking for musically my whole life and until now nothing ever scratched that itch." Welcome to Band-Maid. 🙂 120 or so songs to go. Enjoy!
@@GaryHolloway-810in my Universe Bandmaid is like Jupiter and all other contemporary artists orbit around this impossibly hard rocking band!
I mean I got other itches too but Band-Maid takes care of my really itchy ones
This song performance is quickly becoming the modern-day standard for introducing people to our MAIDs (replacing DOMINATION LIVE which is also tremendous). BAND MAID is not a one trick pony covering many genres over 10 plus years with a catalog of around 130 songs. There is LOTS to enjoy :) .
MISA!!! MISA!!! MISA!!! 🥃🥃🥃 one of my favorite "conversations " between MISA and Kanami because these 2 ladies are not dueling or battling with each other. They don't Hate each other but they do push each other to be better. 🤙🏽
From what I've read, the drummer and bassist have been best friends and went to school together since before they joined the band. It's like they share some sort of intuition. My favorite rhythm section in rock! 🤘
They can both be doing outrageous things yet they're locked together so tightly. Amazing.
There is so much I love about Band Maid but one of the things that has always been a favorite for me is Akane's double pedal work.
You've just reacted to Lovebites a short time before - and you know what? They were in the audience that day (there's footage of the B-M ladies circling around the arena and suddenly recognizing them). Those bands are not only fantastic each in their own style, they respect each other a lot and are even often friends and supporter. Isn't it beautifull? That Yokohama Arena was the largest venue Band-Maid has ever played, they played 3,5 hours that evening, for their 10th anniversary (and with the same line-up!).
That has to be one of the coolest things ever! I love the support and strength in not being competitive!!
@@Reactingtothespectrum both drummers Akane (B-M) and Haruna (Lovebites) have been friends for a long time.
Sort of like the Beatles and Rolling Stones back in the 60's. The public and they're assorted fans made them out like being bitter rivals while in fact they were friends and admirers of each other's music.
@@fsveins62 except nobody ever presented Band-Maid and Lovebites as rivals, except a handfull of overzealot fans.
Welcome to being a Maidiac, it’s just a matter of time spent listening to more songs at this point.
Let’s give you a bit of variety of sound to add to that playlist. Manners (MV), Daydreaming (MV), Don’t you tell ME (Live), Freedom (Live), Alone (MV), Dice (MV)
All great suggestions! I will also add Warning (MV), Secret My Lips (Official MV) and Blooming (MV).
This is absolutely some of the best anyone has ever seen and heard in the genre. As much as I love that they have toured in small venues and I was lucky enough to go see them live, they deserve the big arenas like this.
Wait, there’s more! From Now On is an instrumental- written as an instrumental and something else they knock out of the park. I think it’ll be your next new favorite!
Thanks for the reaction and comments. These ladies are FIRE!!!!! IMHO they are the best live rock band on the planet. Buckle your seatbelt and enjoy the ride. Cheers!
I normally do not like a lot of stoppages in a reaction video but you did a great job of not over doing it, I subbed but will wait until the normal fan favs are out of the way before I give you the least suggested but to me, the more beautiful songs that Bandmaid has, I will be back! LOL
Somebody said Band Maid is the musical gift to the world!!!Are you agree? Thanks for your reaction.
NGL, I think not only have they carved out a peice of musical legacy for themselves, but will do so much more by influencing and inspiring generations to come!
Thank you for your heartfelt reaction to my favorite group - BAND-MAID. They are magnificent musically and that is the main reason why they rank #1 for me.
This concert (they call them Ok-yuji or "servings" - they are maids after all) was huge for them - and lasted 3.5 hours - no support bands. no encore! They do still play tiny venues too, they really enjoy them. A few weeks before this serving I flew from the UK to Japan just to see them live, saw them four times in nine days across Japan. First time was in a tiny basement club with a crowd of 350 people. I now know why Japanese fans take towels to concerts! We were soaked by the end. Yep, see them live at your first opportunity! Best live band I have ever witnessed in my 58 years!
Band Maid doing Band Maid things. I've been a Maidiac for 3 years. Another Band that you have to check out is The Warning. They are great friends of the Maids. The Warning are 3 sisters from Mexico that absolutely rock as well. These 2 bands are about the best out there.
Yes, I was VERY fortunate to see both of them play together in Tokyo about a month ago and both bands were 🔥. I have never, in person, seen two drummers (Pau and Akane) play together in perfect time with each other! Talk about duels, the two bands were alternating drum solos, guitar solos and bass solos; it was so cool to witness!
So don't worry too much about not listening to songs until you can do a reaction, they have 130+ songs which are all really good, and a new album dropping in a few months. You do eventually want to do some Band-Maiko and the Christmas acoustic online concert because you're gonna be like, "Hold up, they can do THIS too?!!"
I saw them in Boston 2022..best show of my 53 years.
Great reaction!! You get it!!! They are so tight and technically perfect!!
I think you already begin to understand that the future of Rock & Metal is female. And it is neither American nor European.
With Band-Maid and Lovebites you already know 2 of the best Rock/Metal Bands on this planet. Only 2 more left:
- Nemophila from Japan, an all female crossover band between Metal and Hard Rock (Start with "Dissension" or "Revive")
- The Warning from Mexico, 3 very young sisters are the by far best Classic Rock Band since decades. (Start with "Automatic Sun" or "Hell You Call A Dream")
Have fun on your journey. All the best from Germany!
Welcome to your new music crush!
*BAND MAID!*
🤘❤🔥🤘
Really? Yes, really. Now check out FROM NOW ON. A masterful instrumental from a most Awesome band. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Peace. 372
Dive into the documentary of each of them. You will appreciate each member and how they came about even more. Off stage we love them too!
one thing: the studio version won't have the extended "session" breakdown in the middle of the song. they like to add those into their live shows as a special offering to the guests that attend.
Band-Maid is really an amazing band. I've never experienced an artist where 60-75% of their discography is instantly going onto the playlist. Even their "bad" songs are still very good, but maybe just not to your taste.
There's a lot to attribute to why they are so good, but my biggest reason is Kanami's (lead guitar) songwriting. Most songs start from her genius mind, where they are then forged and refined with the rest of the members, mostly Akane (drums) and Misa (bass), where Saiki (lead vocals) will provide producer input. Miku (rhythm guitar, backup vocal) provides most of the lyrics (not this one though!) and through the burner comes a Band-Maid song. Kanami puts it all together, layering multiple tracks, backing tracks, etc to create the sound you hear.
The bad news is that you've probably missed any opportunity to see them in a very intimate venue, or a meet and greet. But they're not playing Yokohama Arena every time. That was a 10th anniversary tour closer special event, which I think had around 8,000 attendees, and was like 3 and a half hours long, with 33 songs.
The good news is that you have more than ten years of their music to discover, without having to wait, and a new album coming soon.
They're a miracle of a band. They play like a super group, but they came up together, and you can watch how they grew their skills over time, pushing each other to get better. Miku (red rose, rhythm guitar, 2nd vocal) didn't play guitar when they started, and she learned on the job, and you can see how that constraint, in addition to their commitment to quality, shaped their songwriting and their sound. Like, to pick up the slack, Misa basically became a lead bassist. And now that Miku has leveled up, they have the capacity to have so many interweaving melodies at once, between all of the guitars and two vocalists. Sometimes the drummer, Akane, gets in on it, too (check out their MV for Warning).
For me it's Misa Bass, Misa Bass, Misa Bass
Thanks for your reaction, Band-Maid and their music is so addictive! Two more official live videos from this concert are "Don't you tell ME" ua-cam.com/video/SOj3qXBhiP4/v-deo.html with another call and response from MISA and Mincho (atmospheric vibe) and the very emotional show closer (watch with subtitles!) "endless Story" ua-cam.com/video/Za1y-RRVd70/v-deo.html
Do Endless Story after you've watched 10 of their other songs. Early stuff (Tiny Hat Era)and COVID era stuff and beyond then Endless Story. Just a mild suggestion!
So happy whenever anyone discovers the Maids, they are the real deal and are as gorgeous inside as they are out, enjoy your B-M journey, it's amazing, cheers from down under 👍🍻
Auto-Sub for the title of the video (found you from Band-Maid). but also the title of the channel. :)
Welcome to the amazing community of Maidiacs! I also have to get your Lovebites videos next because as a neurospicy musical person, these are my two favorite bands in the world. After this, try the following, as these give my brain lots of dopamine:
From Now On (instrumental)
Bestie (catchy AF)
Daydreaming (just beautiful)
Endless Story (live) - (you will cry)
Now pardon me while I absorb your other videos :)
Another great reaction sir. I love seeing Band-Maid do this to people. Watch people be amazed at what they are hearing, blowing their minds and saying exactly what you said..."I don't want this to end". While watching this show in Yokohama Arena with thousands of other Masters and Princesses, I said the same thing...."I don't want this to end!". It was a 3hr and 40min show, but it flew by. Many say Band-Maid is a Musician's band and I love seeing a Musician truly appreciate what they are hearing and breaking it down with a sense of true respect. You, Master Eric, are a fantastic reactor. BTW...Kanami's Angry Larry PRS is taking a second seat now. Two Okyu-ji's ago in Nagoya, she brought out her new PRS Private Stock guitar.🤩 PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
I grew up with the Beatles, Doors and Cream. I saw Airplane, Purple, Queen, Sabbath, Santana, Beck etc. live. Band-Maid can stand with any of those bands. I think they are the most creative songwriters since the Beatles, and they are, honestly, better live musicians. Your astonishment is totally warranted.
After this, you need to purchase a t-shirt from Ryan Mear (another great UA-cam VLOGer who loves Band-Maid) In his merch section, he has a great t-shirt with a cameo of Kanami playing guitar. The caption below it says "Shut Up Kanami's Talking".
Greatest. Concert. Ever. 🤘
Thank you! B-M throw multiple riff into most of their songs. Some other groups would write an entire album off the amount of riffs they use in some songs, and hell many bands have made entire careers out of a handful of riffs in total.
YEP, there just that good, in my opinion the best Rock band touring right now
I wouldn't say BAND-MAID are my fave band apart from they definitely are :)
BAND-MAID are the best band in the world today. They are the new Beatles. Some say the Call & Response "Battle" emulates the argument that led to the breakup that inspired the song. But anyway, I see an anime poster in the background. You know they do anime theme songs, right? They were commissioned to do 'Glory' for Yu-Gi-Oh VRAINS and 'Shambles' for the Netflix anime, Kengan Ashura. They also appear in anime form in the Music Video for 'Unleash'. Even their Power Pop Masterpiece, 'Blooming' sounds like it's from an anime, and it should be in one.
Great reaction! If you want to see their musicianship and composing at the highest level then check out From Now On.
My favorite part of Hate is that hard stop in the final verse. A band has to be really tight to pull that off live.
I would recommend the live video of Freedom for your next reaction. For a slower paced song, try the acoustic version of Sayonakidori to see Miku sing lead. Great reaction to this and I must say I felt the same way you did when I first saw this performance, like Holy Sh*t. LOL
Personally I think their “ballads”, ‘Day Dreaming’, ‘Wonderland’, ‘Gion Cho’ are even better … maybe less raw physical energy, but more emotional energy (ie. Soooo damn good these songs always bring a tear to my eye when I hear them.)
Best damn band ever?? All I know is they’ve redefined for me how many songs can fit on a ‘top ten’ list … haven’t arrived at a final number yet, but it’s way more than 10!
Much respect to you. You don't let your neurodivergent hold you back! I hope you are able to continue your musical journey. Band Maid is amazing, so is the fan base. I do hope we all give you a few other band suggestions to help you with it. Having experience with people with autism and adhd on a regular basis, I know there could be a tendency for you to focus on just the one thing. Here are two other bands that have a variety of musical stylings throughout their songs, Maximum the Hormone (whom the drummer of Band Maid takes inspiration from) and Gacharic Spin Mindset.
@@Reactingtothespectrumyes! Mindset by Gacharic Spin. There is literally no band that sounds like them!
These ladies bring tears to my eyes. They are the rock group I've been waiting for all of my life. I love these ladies so much. In my opinion; the BEST rock band in the world right now.
Beware of watching the following songs “Onset” and “From Now On” they are instrumental songs for when Saiki needs to take a break. “Freedom” and “Influencer” are two more. The Yokohama concert was over 3hrs long. Just think about the bliss overload from that. Get the Blu-Ray of the concert
Well, you have my sub right away❤.
The best rock band on the planet 🤘. Band-Maid have been my all time favorite rock band for five and a half year by now.
Please, Blooming MV. Some folks consider this song a masterpiece. Also, there is a two-for-one video (2 songs in one video) called Manners/Black Hole. It's a live video from one of their Online concerts during the quarantine. Thanks!
Well, I'm subscribed, and look forward to your upcoming reactions, especially to J-Rock and J-Metal. Glad you are doing some Lovebites! The Lovebites band were actually at the BAND-MAID show you just watched, in the audience. Several attendees spotted them--the ever awesome Midori, as a bottle blonde of gyaru-punk bodybuilder with a quasi-mohawk, is easy to notice.
from JAPAN. Thank you for your reaction to BAND-MAID. Last year they celebrated their 10th anniversary and had a big anniversary tour in the US and Japan. KANAMI (lead guitarist and main composer) acquired a PRS Special Private Stock guitar last month. Also, BAND-MAID just recently finished recording a new album, and we can't wait for its release. Enjoy the journey of BAND-MAID.
Welcome to the land of the pigeon where the music is always fine. You've got a wonderful journey ahead. Enjoy it as I have mine. Looking forward to your reactions. I expect you will see/hear things I missed just like in this where you pointed out that the solos were doing the vocal line. Though I've heard this well over a hundred times that just never occurred to me. Thank you. Now I hear it plainly every time.
@@chrisegbertky very kind of you, and means a lot to get such great feedback from such devoted fans!
I'm truly glad that a neurodivergent individual is reacting to my favorite group, Band-Maid. We need all kinds of people with different backgrounds, either medically, ethnically, religiously, and racially to listen to these wonderful young Japanese females. The song "Hate?" is a rare emotional vent from the group. After Kanami, their lead guitarist and composer wrote the melody and told the group that she was in an angry mood when she wrote it, the rest of the band went to work on the lyrics. Miku, who writes most of their lyrics, and Saiki, their lead vocalist penned lyrics for the song. The group selected Saiki's anger filled lyrics because Miku's are more often subtle and circumspect. Saiki was specifically venting about all the men who cheated on their spouses during the pandemic.
The great thing about most Band-Maid lyrics is that they are hopeful, elf empowering, and uplifting. Kobato-san (Miku) is such a positive and warm person that every song they do whether or not it's hard rock or speed metal or whatever makes you feel good.
This is the BEST current rock band on the Planet !!!!!!! Period !!!!
17:23 we know. Got here in the pandemic and never left. I even got a plane ticket to see them live.
WORTH EVERY PENNY.
Discover away everything in their channel. But I will recommend for you to watch their 10 anniversary spin-off show because it has their GEMS played.
It has become my fav show to watch.
Yes they’re fun to watch and listen to!

MISA and Kanami having another conversation. This is normal Band Maid behavior.
Welcome Home! 🖤
Thank you for this reaction! A lot of us felt exactly the same way when we first saw this!
Well, ya did it again! You said to your son, "You get on the train too." (I'm typing this after, once again, putting my lower jaw BACK on my face). It just so happens Saiki (lead vocals) is a giant train nerd. (Well, she's The Queen of train nerds, IMO), so you must be "Saikichlly" connected to, well, Saiki. (Sorry, REALLY bad Dad joke). Anyway, you NAILED it. The whole thing. Happy to have ya ridin' down the tracks with us, brand new fellow Maidiac! 🕊
MISA, the barefoot assassin on bass.
Another great reaction, I reacted the same way watching it at Lollapalooza last year,Band-Maid the 1st invited Japanese band since X japan 13 years prior to Lollapalooza. Good work man 👏
I love this girls nice reaction greeting from germany
Wow, thank you so much for this, you are so spot on in this reaction. I hope there are more to come and of course I recommend "From Now On", but you should dive into "Manners/Black Hole" live video too. "Manners is a pretty straight forward easy listening, while "Black Hole" is a mysterious piece of hair raising brilliance and not everyone's favourite B-M song.
Having seen them live twice I can easily say this is what you get with them . Put them in a smaller venue and you will still get a crazy experience . Band-Maid is not a great female rock band .They are a damn great band period .
Fun reaction ty . Subscribed
I'm not even considering the fact that they're female...shouldn't matter!! They are just absoultley awesome, and I need more of this in my life!
Notice how Kanami kneels when she reaches Misa during her intro solo?
Hard to see but, Misa then kneels when Kanami solos!
I've first noticed this very Japanese thing in a Babymetal live MV. All 3 guitarists kneeled during the drum solo.
If you watch the live "Bestie" performance with Mike Einziger of Incubus, he kneels when Kanami solos, which I thought was cool!🤘
That clearly is a sign of respect, and yeah..I "kinda" noticed it, but didn't mention it lest I sound completely mental!!
@Reactingtothespectrum It's weird, I've watched pretty much every Band Maid reaction out there, and not a single person noticed or mentioned it! Definitely a respect thing that deserves more respect! Hah! 😇😎🤘
Great reaction, brings back memories of my first time see Hate?
"Influencer" MV, "After Life" MV, "Puzzle" Live, "Manners & "Black Hole" Studio Live, "From Now On", "About Us" Live, "Real Existence" Live, "Rinne" MV, "Daydreaming" MV, "Start Over" MV (yes I like their most disliked song), "Endless Story" Live. The list goes on and on. Then, once you realize that some of their best songs has no video, you are in for a real treat. Try the whole Unseen World" and "Unleash" albums back to back. Not a one bad song. Some of their best are actually B-sides on singles, like ""Cor allium" or their acoustic versions like the heartfelt 2 piece version of "Puzzle" or the 3 piece version of "Sayonakidori" and....I have to stop. Just pick any of their songs. You can't miss!
Epic bass, epic guitars, epic solos, epic drums, epic vocals……..EPIC BAND!!! Band Maid is a band for the ages, greatest of ALL TIME!! I go back to the Van Halen, Rush days and I thought the Best of rock was behind us. I was wrong. Rock just needed a woman’s touch. You have seen just 3 videos and already you know they are more than something special. Glad to join you on your trip thru the pigeon hole!! I LOVE BAND MAID ❤❤. (By the way, glad to see you seem be doing well with the ‘spectrum’….. I have a son 15 years old and everyday is either a joy or struggle or both. He can’t speak well and can’t tell me how he feels but I caught him listening and bobbing his head to Band Maid)
That's awesome! Sometimes, for those of us on the spectrum, music is a unifying source of delight and escapeism in a healthy way. Finding bands and different types of music that instill postive attitudes and behaviors work really well, and that type of parenting and interaction should be encouraged!
I know it's hard sometimes, stay strong, you got this!! Let me know if there's anything you ever wanna chat about...awareness and a sense of community is what this channel is all about!
@@Reactingtothespectrum: Thanks for the encouragement. Sometimes it feels that we (my family) are all alone, asking the same question, “Why my son?” Sometimes all it takes to snap out of it is to see someone who has overcome. Keep up the Band Maid reactions, they never disappoint.
Just wait 'till they come to a town near you, live live live!
Glad you feel that way about Band Maid. Try NO GOD live or REAL EXISTENCE live. You won't regret it. Best rock band on the planet.
"Eff my life" indeed 😁 Not only do they hit my benchmark, Lee-Lifeson-Peart, trinity moment of drum guitar bass...but then they've also got my modern day Pat Benatar vocal queen AND a fkn Human Pigeon lyricist and giver of on-stage personality solos like you won't believe...Magic Spell Time 🥳😁
Hah, I recommend this song in your Love Bites reaction!
And here it is!
Best rock band on the planet, po!👊✌️
Bad news ur a maidiac now , good news your gonna love the ride down the pigeon hole , ull b speaking pigeon in no time po!
There's nothing bad about it, other than how long it took me to find this!
Saiki would love your shinkansen reference. She's a train junkie. And the songwriting is something that you still are not going to be ready for. It'll hit you on song #80 when you realize that they are not capable of writing a bad song, and that they're all over the place genre-wise.
Yeah, someone who was there said there were 8,000 in attendance. I think this was the largest they have ever performed in front of. By the way,my playlist of their songs is up to 76,so far.
Yes, that was the track that hooked me for good as well (absolute musical perfection!), except that I first saw this from Lollapalooza 2023 (first Japanese band to appear there in many years) and it was combined with "Dice". "I wasn't prepared for what I got assaulted with" - that was my exact reaction to Kanami's absolutely vicious opening riff! And same reaction must have applied to the camera director from Lollapalooza, as the camera crew had no idea what was coming and literally couldn't keep up with all the changes, especially during the duel! Keep up the great reactions! 👍🏻
You mentioned the PSR 35th anniversary model and you can look this up on UA-cam, Kanami demonstrates the 35th anniversary models for PRS. It does have English subtitles.
The reason this song comes in at 100mph on note 1 is because it's kind of connected to the previous song "Dice". Sequence of events..... MISA bass solo intro to Dice, then at conclusion of Dice comes a drum solo by Akane, then straight into Hate?. This video is from 10th Anniversary show at Yokohama, song #27 of 33, 3 hours 40 minutes long. I was up at 3:00am to watch live stream of it. 🤘 Not sure where to send you next, so many great choices..... If you don't want to end so fast, maybe a 2fer.... original version of "Secret My Lips" MV then follow with "Secret Maiko Lips" by their alter-ego group Band-Maiko.... or live version of "Puzzle" from Tokyo Garden 2023 then the acoustic version with just Saiki and Kanami from Zepp Tokyo 2018. Man, you're in for one hell of a long trip down the pigeon-hole, its glorious and I envy you. 😆
The only problem with BAND-MAID is that they have ruined all other music for me lol! Every band that I used to think were great seem kinda boring now. 🤘✌
Not quite that bad. Just makes you realize how limited in musical composition most other songs are. That method of using one riff or hook for most of the song was so common.
Don’t worry bro. We feel it too !
fyi, Band Maid is:
MIKU (mee-koo)
Rhythm guitar, backing vocals, she writes the lyrics. The band’s founder. “Hard Rocking Maids” is her vision.
KANAMI (kah-nah-mee)
Lead guitar. A classically trained musician, she composes and arranges the music. “Mincho”
MISA (mee-sah)
Bass. She’s very special and the band knows it, the songs purposely feature her. She is “The Barefoot Assassin”
AKANE (ah-kah-neh)
Drums. You can set your watch to her. Always on point. The Happiest drummer on Earth.
“The Gorilla”. Her and Misa the bassist are the best rhythm section anywhere.
SAIKI (sigh-kee)
Lead vocals.
“Front man”.
Cool as the other side of the pillow. She’s also the Team Mom.i
🤘Love, love, love Band Maid!!!🤘The best Hard Rock band... You ready to dive into one of the best Heavy Metal bands you probably ever heard... Check out a band named "Nemophila". Again, I suggest a live performance.... Start with their song "Ama-te-ras" official live. You can thank me later.
Welcome to the pigeonhole, fellow Maidiac
Show me the a better Hard Rock band out there today.....ain't gonna happen!!!!
moritorium, wonderland, play, it goes on
Welcome to the Pigeon Hole.
another: east of eden (Japanese band) - could be a good start
You might sometimes become annoyed at the great riffs that Kanami breaks out and then just tosses away. :D (Don't worry, she always has another.)
She always seems to! How she's not in the mainstream conversations regarding best players/composers is baffling!
Watching the end of the duet between Misa and Kanami, the part just before the final chorus (Kanami's descent on the fretboard while making trills) I was reminded of an old Franck Zappa clip where we saw one of his live solos and where his left hand transformed into a 10-fingered plasticine hand playing the solo. I think that in terms of dexterity, kanami is not far from Franck...
Lyrics by Saiki, not Miku!
Which is why they are so biting -- none of Miku's "peace and love" (Cluppo), but "I hope you die out". Saiki packs a punch.
We're NOT INSANE!!!
I mean... OK, well... it's a good sort of insane! RIGHT!?!
😄
Only 125 or so great songs left to check out!
Oh, all y'all are insane in the very best way, and I am here for ALL OF IT!
I again suggest Anemone. Love this ballad.

just came here after your LOVEBITES reaction to 'holy war'. mind blown by these japanese girl groups , eh ? ! and there are a ton of them. i found them in 2016 and have not looked back. i grew up in the 60's with the british invasion. this japanese invasion in the last 15 years makes that seem pathetic. it's like being reborn.
Really is something, isn't it? I grew up in the 80s with a lot of the metal infancy, hair metal, punk, name it, but this stuff...WOW
👍🥰🤗😁🤘🕊👀
It's like a drug isn't it?
I have a feeling you would also like the band Sokoninaru also from Japan
another band: gacharic spin - live will be a good start
🥰
Now you have to react to Babymetal Road of Resistance live Japan official
See, now that wouldn't be a real, true reaction. Babymetal is one of my all time favourites, and I've seen that probably about 100x!
The musicianship in Japan is phenomenal. They learn to master their instruments, not just play them.
I think it speaks to the work ethic of Japan...regardless of what you do, do it to perfection! And the results are astounding!
