From my experience air bubbles will create some cells but if you don't want to depend on that buy some silicone oil and mix it with your paint. This is the best way to create cells. Mixing some dish soap or alcohol into your paint also works. I do not recommend adding heat if you choose to pour the rubbing alcohol in your paint since it is flammable.
