    it will be better if user could adjust the auto high fan mode when certain amount of impurity microgram thingy in the air. it has to wait till the air is very smoky before the high fan mode kick in. i burnt some bay leaf around it and it has to wait till 100+ microgram then the light change to red.

    I bought.. after 3 months, the filter light started to go off..
    I changed the filter but a week later, filter light blinking again.
    Cannot get help online.. cannot get help from them..
    And also it’s not quiet unless it’s off or in night mode.. on medium it’s 58db and on high it’s 72db.
    Not enough to make you deaf, but definitely audible.

    It will be helpful if there's a test on the main functions. Show us how effective the air purifier is.

      go burn some dried bay leaf and put it near the air filter. becareful not to burn your whole house down.

    I bought it. Ran for few days, LCD still showing 000. Asked them say LCD means volume of particle filtered, if too little rounded down is zero. My house so clean meh? Anybody the same?

      @@chonchon7072 I ask again after a month they say 000 does not mean house no dust or its spoil.. my guess the LCD is like a speedometer, measure the "rate of particles". Or maybe my Samsung Dr Virus aircon is already cleaning the air. Nevertheless I thought the product looks bit underwhelming, I can only see the big dustbin like filter and fan. The ambient light is just cosmetic. Can't really "feel" the technology.

      It only really work if ur place has bad environment or bad ventilation or smoker or bad odour if not buying this mean no difference and just a normal air you breath everyday

      @@bobafett5757 there's the display when you turn on. It seems to be showing "rate of dust" in micro gram. So far I think I ever saw once 001, meaning 1 micro gram dust? (Or pollution?). It's unclear and if you ask Sterra support they don't give straight answer also. They'll just say it is working even though 000 because the value can be too small to show a value.

    Lousy after service. I gave them till today COB to reply on my issues and they did not.
    Anna the customer service leader, you fail in your job and promises to consumer.
    Bought the air purifier in feb and replaced the filter in June. The Smart Life app was unable to reset the filter to 100%. I WhatsApp them and tried many ways according to the provided instructions. Nothing could fix it.
    The technician come down and he too can’t rectify the issue and I was given a brand new unit as replacement.
    4 months later in Oct, I replaced the filter and the same issue occurred again. I WhatsApp them again and get the same replies of doing all the reset, delete, dl the app, on and off the unit for a whole night. Nothing could be fix to solve the problem. The technician came down and he too could not sync the unit to his phone and left with the unit unable to sync to my phone.
    They even could blame because I’m using iPhone. Later, they concluded that it’s glitch in the app that they will take time to rectify it. So I will have to bear with it.
    This is not acceptable. Now I’m stuck with a unit that is not functioning. It’s sitting as a white elephant with no purpose.
    I given them till today to reply me for my refund or replace a new unit with no answer.
    The most lousy after service and consumer have to bear the defect which they failed in their quality check.

      Very lousy, i already exchange a new unit after 2 months same thing happens again. It doesnt really clean the air. I kept messaging them to refund n at last it done. I will never buy anything from this brand. I been using 2011 honeywell recommended by my doc. It was really good only problem have to keep changing filter n hepa filter.
