Dr... my wife she has 20 years old, she is suffering from RHD for 5 years. now my wife is pregnant at 6 months running (23 weeks)... my wife had suffering breathing trouble during sleeping.. pls someone reply me, what is the reason of that?

Hello.. alhamdhullilah they are fine now.. but dr recommended as cesarean.. from south India
