I use coconut aminos instead of soy sauce or tamari and it is soooooo good.

I made these for a second time. This time I split the batch in half at the point where you add the seasonings and substituted 1 teaspoon of curry and 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper instead of the italian seasoning and basil. If you like hot stuff, these are perfect! Yummy!!!

This is an old video, I just found your videos, what I’m asking can you show us how to make zucchini onion dehydrator 1/4” bread? Or other dehydrator breads I have a tone of cracker recipes but I would love a nice soft sandwich bread 🙏 Thank you

Hi Mimi, I recently heard almonds are now radiated, do you know anything about that? By the way I enjoy both your cook books. 😘

Bruceann Yellowega yes, my understanding is they have been radiating them in California for awhile so you have to be careful where you buy them.

These look so fantastic that I made a batch right away and have them in the dehydrator right now. I even posted 2 pictures of them (as I popped them into the dehydrator) on our Raw Food site on Facebook. If you'd like to see them, please go there and look for Tri Cities Raw Food.
Thanks so much! I can't wait for my book to arrive ~

If your REGULAR oven STARTS at 40-60c, do you need a dehydrator?

They also add vitamin D2, which has caused me a LOT of problems. Just thought I'd point that out. I'm particularly more fond of getting my B12 from spirulina. I love spirulina shakes!

I have been watching your videos for so long, and sorry that I have not thanked you. I thank you with my full heart for all your hard work and wonderful videos. You are an inspiration to me. Lastly, what brand dehydrator do you use? Namaste'

kelly Denmeade thank you for watching my videos! I actually have 3...a 9 tray Excalibur at my home in Spain and an Excalibur and a 10 tray stainless steel Weston at my home in California. All are very good and very durable.
Thank you again for your kind comment.

Every single adverse symptom I can think of related to D2 consumption. Headache, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal disturbances, abdominal cramps, dry mouth, metallic taste, weakness, fatigue, muscle and bone pain, ataxia, tinnitus, vertigo, pruritus, mental confusion, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, seizures, metastatic calcification, and renal insufficiency (manifested as polyuria, nocturia, polydipsia, and proteinuria). It IS NOT FUN! I can promise you that.
