Everyone has memories of magic, and many of us know someone who can do a magic trick. Some people love magic, and some can’t sleep if they can’t figure out how it’s done. But remember, magicians are not trying to keep their secrets from you. They’re keeping them for you. For many years I thought I was going to be a preacher. I studied theology for almost five years before I finally understood that I was, and have always been, a magician.
Since 2014, I’ve been performing magic full-time all over the world. I’ve received several awards, in Sweden and internationally, for both magic and my line of playing cards.
I want to create magical memories in a world where virtual reality and artificial intelligence are changing everything we know at a lightning speed. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
