how should i do the sideview mirrors i cut them from the sprew but having problems getting them together also how should i glue them to truck

Glue the bottom part first. Then put a dab of super glue on the stem of the mirror and insert it into the hole.

where do i get the paint

It’s just RustOleum paint. You can get it at Home Depot, Lowes, places like that
